Purpose:Based on the theory of ocular vision disease,quantitative analysis of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation was applied to investigate the distribution rules,characteristics and related factors of white eye complex in patients with Stroke disease(SD),and strive to provide objective quantitative basis for ocular acupuncture theory of ocular vision disease.Material and method:150 patients with ischemic stroke who met the criteria from April 2021 to January 2023 in the second Department of encephalopathy Rehabilitation of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Center were included.General data of patients were collected.A semi-quantitative analysis of Bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation(BCM)was performed using the doctor’s visual observation and ZL104 microcirculation detector,and then a quantitative analysis of the white eye Vein was performed to obtain the clarity,network structure,vein(V)metrological data of Artery(A),diameter,uneven thickness 20 x,abnormal shape,cystic dilatation 20 x,microhemangioma 20 x,ischemic zone20 x,blood vessel color,arteriovenous short-circuit branch and total Cholesterol Triglyceride(TG),Low density lipoprotein-Cholesterol(LDL-C),platelet count(PLT-C),Among the data indicators,statistical correlations were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results:1.In apoplexy patients,the abnormal white eyes appeared in the fourth zone(hepatobiliary zone)and the second zone(nephrobladder zone),accounting for 33.4% and 22%,respectively.The abnormal forms were mainly blurred and bifurcated,accounting for 22.6% and 26%respectively.The abnormal colors,dark red and light,accounted for 26% and 31.3%,respectively.2.There was no significant difference in the degree of obesity of stroke patients between genders(P > 0.05).Age was significantly different in the degree of obesity in apoplexy patients(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in CHOL,TG and LDL-C among the four groups(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in PLT among the four groups(P=0.897 > 0.05).The degree of obesity was positively correlated with CHOL level(R2=0.650,P=0.000),LDL-C level(R2=0.494,P=0.000),and TG level(R2=0.670,P=0.000).3.There were no significant differences in the morphology and color of white eye veins between gender and age(P > 0.05).More bifurcation was positively correlated with CHOL(OR=4.804,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was positively correlated with LDL-C(OR=270.898,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was positively correlated with TG(OR=270.898,P =0.000 < 0.05).It was not correlated with PLT(P=0.549 > 0.05).The fuzzy slice was positively correlated with CHOL(OR=6.451,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was positively correlated with LDL-C(OR=634.444,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was positively correlated with TG(OR=5.600,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was not correlated with PLT(P=0.489 > 0.05).There was a positive correlation between dark red and PLT(OR=1.007,P=0.002 < 0.05).It was not correlated with CHOL(P=0.798 > 0.05),LDL-C(P=0.296 > 0.05),TG(P=0.746 > 0.05).There was a positive correlation between light and PLT(OR=0.988,P=0.000 < 0.05).It was not correlated with CHOL(P=0.747 >0.05),LDL-C(P=0.593 > 0.05),TG(P=0.502 > 0.05).4.There was no significant difference between sex and apoplexy patients according to the data types of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation detection(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in articulation,reticular structure,uneven thickness,abnormal walking,cystic dilatation,ischemic zone,blood vessel color,AV short circuit branch and age(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in arteriovenous diameter ratio,the number of microhemangiomas and age(P > 0.05).r > 0.80 was positive when compared with TG,LDL-C and CHOL.The correlation was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There is a strong positive correlation.Compared with TG,LDL-C and CHOL,the value of 0.3 < r < 0.80 was positive(P < 0.05),indicating a statistically significant correlation.Compared with TG,LDL-C and CHOL,the value of 0.1 < r absolute value < 0.3 was negative(P < 0.05),indicating a statistically significant correlation.PLT and conjunctival microcirculation detection data(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The shape and color of white eyes in apoplexy patients have certain regularity and characteristics.2.The morphology of the white eye complex is more bifurcated,blurred,and the color is mostly light and dark red,mostly distributed in the fourth zone(hepatobiliary zone)and the second zone(nephrobladder zone).3.The color of white eye is related to PLT in stroke patients;The vascular abnormalities on the surface of the bulbar conjunctiva,cystic dilatation,AV short-circuit rami,bulbar conjunctiva clarity,vascular color degree,bulbar conjunctiva reticular structure were correlated with TG,LDL-C and CHOL.4.The color,shape,change rule and characteristics of white eye veins in this study are consistent with those recorded in Eye Needle Therapy by Professor Peng Jingshan,and the conclusion is reliable. |
