Purpose:Based on the detection of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation, observe and summarize the quantitative analysis of the comprehensive morphological scores of leucorrhea and the changes of various morphological indexes before and after treatment in patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency during stroke recovery and analyze the liver of stroke recovery compared with healthy volunteers. In the patients with kidney yin deficiency, the comprehensive morphological integral of white-eye complex vein shape and the correlation between various morphological index scores and disease outcomes were used to verify the objectivity of Professor Peng Jingshan’s theory of "observing eyesight".Material and method:Patients in the rehabilitation center of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to meet the requirements of patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency in the recovery period.According to the random number table method, the subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 cases each.Another group of30 healthy volunteers were recruited from the teachers and students of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and their inpatients as healthy volunteers(health group). The morphological observation of the white-eye collaterals of the observed person was carried out by means of a microcirculation detector, and the quantitative analysis of each integral was referred to the Tian’s microcirculation manual. The experimental group used an eye-needle-needle rehabilitation treatment program, and the control group received conventional medical treatment. The treatment plan was performed once a day for 28 days. The TCM syndromes, neurological deficit scores, and daily living ability scores of the experimental group and the control group were recorded. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. The scores and total morphology of the white eye collaterals on the first and the28 th day of the three groups were recorded.Points, statistical analysis with SPSS22.0.Results:(1)The effective recovery rate of neurological deficit in the experimental group was 90.00%,the improvement rate of TCM syndrome was 93.33%,and the TCM syndrome,NHISS and ADL scores were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was significant;(2)Network structure, thickness and saccular expansion integral changes: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the healthy group after the test(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy group, the control group scores were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Eye acupuncture with needle rehabilitation can improve the recovery effect of ischemic stroke in liver and kidney yin deficiency, promote the recovery of neurological defects, improve the quality of life, and is superior to conventional rehabilitation.(2)The white-eye complex shape integral has the feasibility of judging the outcome of the disease.(3)There is a difference between the white-collected collaterals in the liver area of patients with hepatic-kidney-yin deficiency type and the healthy person. The morphological changes are similar to those in the theory of “observing the disease”,the roots are thick, varicose or anger, and points, more branches.(4)Eye acupuncture with needle rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the abnormal state of white-eye collaterals in the liver area of patients with ischemic stroke during liver and kidney yin deficiency, and is superior to conventional rehabilitation.
