Clinical Observation And Mechanism Study On The Treatment Of Postoperative Wounds Of Anorectal Diseases With Skin Regeneration Medical Technology (MEBO/MEBT

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of skin regeneration medical technology based on MEBO in the treatment of wound recovery after anorectal surgery.Material and method: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids and anal fistula,30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group,were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with skin regeneration medical technology based on Meibao Moist Burn Ointment on the basis of surgical intervention,while the control group was treated with routine dressing change in the anorectal department on the basis of the same operation.Results:1.The total cure rate of patients in both groups was 100%,and the effective rate of patients in the observation group was 83%,which was superior to 57% in the control group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scar status of the observation group was evaluated as the control group.During the treatment,the pain relief of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the process of wound growth,the exudation of wound secretion in the observation group was better than that in the control group;The positive rate of bacterial culture of wound secretion in the observation group was better than that in the control group;The growth of granulation tissue on the wound surface in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the cell activity in the observation group was higher in the comparison of the number of fibrous cells and the new capillaries of the two components.The above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Clinically,the problems of long treatment period,obvious pain and easy infection of wound after anorectal surgery have always been the key content of the treatment of anorectal surgery.2.Applying the skin regeneration medical technology based on Meibao Moist Burn Ointment to treat the clinical effect of wound recovery after anorectal surgery can reduce pain,shorten the treatment period,improve the growth of wound and improve the infection status of wound.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
