| Purpose:This paper discusse Professor Pang Min’s Shuxinlixue Prescription for the treatment of myocardial bridge with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis.Through network pharmacology,we analyzed the mechanism of Shuxinlixue Formula in treating myocardial bridge.Material and method:In the first part of the thesis discusses Professor Pang Min’s prescription for treating myocardial bridge of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type from the aspects of the composition of the prescription and the composition of the prescription.In the second paper collects the composition and target information of Shuxinlixue Formula,collects the target information of myocardial bridge,screens the common target of Shuxinlixue Formula and myocardial bridge,uses the String platform to obtain the target protein interaction network diagram,and uses metascape to conduct GO enrichment analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis.Results:1.Professor Pang Min believes that the myocardial bridge of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type is always related to the insufficiency of the liquefaction source of Qi,blood and Tianjin,and the blockage of the pulse channel.The application of Shuxinlixue Prescription,the 15 Chinese herbs in the whole prescription complement each other,not only paying attention to the source of Qi,blood and body fluid,but also taking into account the moistening and facilitation of the pulse channel,so that the pulse channel can have sufficient nourishment,blood circulation can be unblocked,blood stasis can be eliminated,and all symptoms can be eliminated.2.Through network pharmacological analysis,740 chemical components,748 related targets and 4159 myocardial bridge-related targets of Shuxinlixue Formula were obtained,including35 main targets such as GAPDH,ALB,ACTB,AKT1,INS,etc.The main pathways are c AMP signal pathway,MAPK signal pathway,HIF-1 signal pathway and other signal pathways.The main biological pathways are the response to exogenous stimuli,monatomic cation transport and system process regulation,The main cell components are transmembrane transport protein complex,muscle fiber membrane and membrane raft.The main molecular functions are oxidoreductase activity,monoatomic cation transmembrane transport protein activity and nuclear receptor activity.Conclusion:1.For the myocardial bridge with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis,Professor Pang Min has drawn up a prescription for soothing the mind,nourishing qi and yin,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals,which can aim at the cause of disease,improve the pathogenesis and achieve the purpose of treatment.2.Shuxinlixue Formula acts on myocardial bridge through multiple targets such as GAPDH,ALB,ACTB,AKT1,INS,and multiple ways,providing a new idea for the treatment of myocardial bridge with traditional Chinese medicine. |
