Clinical Application Of Xiaoyingbuyuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditi

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Xu Bin intreating Hashimo to’s thyroiditis with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome by using self-mad e prescription Xiaoyong Buyuan decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and compare it with the treatment group only taking levothyroxine sodium tablets.To provide reference for future clinical medication.Materials and Methods: The selection of patients who were diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Uni versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 resulted in the random assignment of 40 patients who met the diagnostic criteria to the observation group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases).Levothyroxine sodium tablets were administered to the control group,and Professor Xu Bin’s self-prescription Xiaoying Buyuan Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium was used for the observation group.O bserving the clinical curative effect,integrality of TCM syndrome,and changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment.We used a 6-month observation period.The statistical software is analyzed and compared based on the data collected,and the results of the research are obtained.With the aim of assessing whether the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western integrated medicine on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is better than that of plain western medicine alone.Results:We found that both pre-and post-treatment the observation group was obviously superior to the control group,and the TCM syndromes scores in both groups were significantly decreased and the observational group was less than the control group.Conclusion Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Xu Bin’s self-made Xiao Ying Bu Yuan Jian can improve patients’ clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,change TCM syndrome score and syndrome curative effect,and the treatment effect is better than that of pure levothyroxine sodium tablet.
