Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Private Hospitals In Hunan Provinc

In order to optimize the allocation of resources in the medical service system and accelerate the construction of a diversified medical pattern,the state has provided strong support for social medical care and has successively issued a number of policies to support the healthy development of social medical care.Over the years,with the support of policies,the overall trend of social medical institutions in terms of quantity,scale and service volume has improved.The rapid development of social medical institutions has made the medical and health market full of vitality,and at the same time,it has also satisfied people ’s multi-level,personalized and high-quality health needs.In social medical institutions,private hospitals occupy a large proportion.This thesis sorts out the current situation of resource allocation,service provision,service efficiency and other aspects of private hospitals in Hunan Province from 2017 to 2021,and conducts a typical survey of 730 private hospitals in Hunan Province through questionnaires and interviews.From the hospital level,hospital type,initial investment,personnel input and other aspects of the impact of operational performance correlation analysis and regression analysis,from the perspective of resource input to explore the relevant factors of private hospital performance,as well as the reasons for the problems in the development of private hospitals,learn from other provinces and cities in China and abroad to promote the healthy development of private hospitals.Combined with the actual situation in Hunan,it is proposed to improve the service capacity of private hospitals,strengthen the construction of medical personnel,establish an honest brand,and increase government policy support.
