Research On The Modern Development Of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction And Its Disease Patter

Objective:By sorting out the relevant research literature on Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction published during the period from January 1,1949 to December 31,2022,this article analyzes the existing achievements in the relevant fields of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,demonstrates the historical development of the use of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in traditional Chinese medicine and its related addition and subtraction formulas,as well as the application of collaterals and diseases,and improves the utilization efficiency of existing achievements.In order to provide a documentary basis for contemporary doctors to flexibly use the famous traditional Chinese medicine recipe Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Tang and its addition and subtraction methods in the process of diagnosing and treating patients,it is also intended to provide convenience for relevant scientific researchers to understand the existing core research team and academic institutions of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Tang,and analyze and explore current research hotspots and potential development trends.Methods:This study uses bibliometrics and visualization techniques to measure and visualize the publication time,funding,published journals,citations,authors,affiliations,keywords,and other contents of 1079 documents included.Based on the theory of scientific development models,it constructs a framework system for the application of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and related addition and subtraction formulas in TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:The cumulative annual volume of papers published in this research field has shown a logical curve of growth since 1983,with a small peak in the past four years.Through logistic regression analysis,it is estimated that there is still huge room for development of the volume of papers published in the next century.The distribution of fund support is as follows:National level projects account for the largest proportion,accounting for 45%of the total funded projects;Provincial projects in the southeast of China account for a relatively large proportion of local projects,accounting for about 20%,indicating that both the state and local governments support the relevant research on Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction.The distribution of published journals is 9.2%for CSCD journals and 29%for core journals.It can be inferred from the proportion of high-level journals that the credibility of research in this field is considerable.The prolific authors who have published in this field include Professor Chen Jifan,Professor Wang Yue,Professor Gao Yongxiang,etc.,which indicates that these professors are research leaders in this field.The number of documents issued by the institution is mainly between Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the cooperative relationship is mostly between the university and its affiliated hospital.Combining the characteristics of dampness in the south,it is once again confirmed that the incidence of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction is closely related to dampness.Through co occurrence analysis of key words,it was found that the scope of applicable diseases and syndrome types of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction were constantly expanding.Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,a classic and famous Chinese medicine recipe,is widely used in clinical practice and has a definite therapeutic effect.Over the past 60 years,research in this field has been advancing slowly,and the scope of treatment for diseases has been expanding.So far,Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction has been used to treat autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,and common orthopedic diseases,to treat medical diseases such as diabetes related complications,lung diseases,and chronic pelvic inflammation,with definite efficacy;Among them,the main types of medical syndrome differentiation are wind cold dampness syndrome,rheumatism syndrome,and cold dampness syndrome.Through addition and subtraction,it can concurrently treat stasis obstruction syndrome,deficiency syndrome,and heat syndrome.At this stage,the research focus in this field is to start with common or rare complications of widely used diseases,differentiate symptoms and signs based on the original recipe,explore relevant technical routes,and gradually form a practical and operable process.
