Clinical Efficacy And Imaging Analysis Of Qiao's Manipulation Combined With Electroacupuncture In The Treatment Of LDH In The Non-acute Stag

Objective:By comparing the VAS score,JO A score,IODI score,nucleus pulposus herniation rate on lumbar MRI,the ratio of the maximum area of the protrusion to the spinal canal area,the difference between the cross-sectional area of the psoas muscle and the clinical efficacy evaluation of Joe’s manipulation combined with electroacupuncture combined with lumbar traction combined with electroacupuncture,this thesis explored the clinical efficacy of Joe’s manipulation combined with electroacupuncture in the non-acute stage of lumbar disc herniation,and provided new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Forty patients with lumbar disc herniation in the non-acute stage were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with lumbar traction combined with electro acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated by Joe’s manipulation combined with electroacupuncture:10 days was 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.VAS score,JOA score and IODI score were evaluated before,after and after treatment,and the nucleus pulposus herniation rate,the ratio of the maximum area of protrusion to the spinal canal area,the difference in the cross-sectional area of the psoas major muscle,and the clinical efficacy after 3 months were evaluated before treatment and after 3 months.Results:(1)Intra-group comparison:the VAS and IODI scores of the two groups before treatment,after treatment and after 3 months were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the JOA scores of the two groups before,after and after 3 months were significantly increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the cross-sectional area of the psoas muscle before treatment and after 3 months and the ratio of the maximum area of the protrusion to the spinal canal area were significantly reduced after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nucleus pulposus protrusion rate between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months was significantly reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Intergroup comparison:after treatment and after 3 months,the VAS and IODI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment and after 3 months,the JO A scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the difference in the cross-sectional area of the psoas muscle and the ratio of the maximum area of the protrusion to the spinal canal area after 3 months of treatment between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the nucleus pulposus protrusion rate after 3 months of treatment between the two groups,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of curative effect:the curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).total of 20 cases in the treatment group,of which 10 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,2 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%;There were 20 cases in the control group,of which 4 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,4 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 75.00%.Conclusion:(1)Joe’s manipulation combined with electro acupuncture and lumbar traction combined with electro acupuncture can improve the pain,clinical symptoms and daily activities of patients with lumbar disc herniation,but Joe’s manipulative combined with electroacupuncture is better than lumbar traction combined with electroacupuncture.(2)Joe’s manipulation combined with electro acupuncture reduces the difference in the cross-sectional area of both psoas muscles in patients with lumbar disc herniation in the non-acute stage,restores the balance of both muscles,increases the spinal canal area,and then reduces the compression on nerves.(3)Joe’s manipulation combined with electroacupuncture has good efficacy,high cure rate,high clinical safety,strong operability,and has certain clinical significance.
