Objective: To study acupoint selection and medication rules of different TCM syndromes of bronchial asthma in children,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods: From January 2001 to December 2022,the literatures related to or including acupoint application in children were retrieved from Duxiu,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP,etc.,and the included literatures were analyzed by literature analysis method.Results: 1.A total of 109 literatures were included.Common TCM syndromsin of bronchial asthma in children were lung Qi deficiency,cold asthma and heat asthma.2.The common acupoints for acupoint application of children’s bronchial asthma are Feishu,Dingchuan,Danzhong,Tiantu,Dazhui,Gaohuang,Pishu,Shenshu,Geshu and Xinshu.Feishu,Dingchuan,Danzhong,Tiantu and Zhiyang are often used for cold asthma syndrome.Feishu,Dingchuan,Dazhui and Gaohuang are often used for heat asthma.Feishu,Dingchuan and Dazhui are often used for external cold and internal heat syndrome.Feishu,Dingchuan and Fenglong are often used for phlegm-dampness and lung syndrome.Feishu,Dingchuan,Pishu and Geshu.Shanzhong,Tiantu and Zhiyang are often used for lung Qi deficiency syndrome.Feishu,Dingchuan,Kongzui and Guanyuan are often used for lung and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.Conclusion: 1.The common TCM syndromes of bronchial asthma in children are deficiency of lung and qi,cold asthma and heat asthma,which are mostly treated by invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,warming and clearing methods2.The most common acupoint selection for acupoint application of bronchial asthma in children is Feishu,Dingchuan,Tanzhong,Tiandu,Dazhui,Zhuhuang,Pishu,Shenshu,Jiyu,Xinshu,which belongs to the bladder meridian,Renmeridian and Du meridian.
