Research On Professor Huang Liuxiang's Clinical Experience In Treating Chronic Diarrhea Based On Data Minin

Objective: The medical records of Professor Huang Liuxiang’s clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic diarrhea were collected and sorted out.Data mining was carried out based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software(V3.0)to obtain his medication rules for chronic diarrhea treatment,explore his clinical experience and provide experience guidance for clinical treatment.Methods: From September 2020 to February 2023,case data of patients with slow diarrhea were collected from Professor Huang Liuxiang’s clinic in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The collected388 medical records were processed in a standardized manner,and Excel tables were created to establish a database of patients with chronic diarrhea.Then the "TCM inheritance assistance Platform V3.0" software was input.Through the software’s functions of "statistics of meridian normalization of sex and taste","frequency statistics","combination of drug pairs","rule analysis","cluster analysis",etc.,the results of meridian normalization of drug sex and taste,frequency of drug use,and visual network of each syndrome type were calculated and derived.According to the analysis of the results,the clinical experience of Professor Huang Liuxiang in treating chronic diarrhea was summarized.Results:1.Analysis of basic case information: A total of 221 patients with chronic diarrhea were included in this study,among which 127 were males,accounting for about 57.47%.There were 94 female patients,accounting for about 42.53%.In general,male patients were more than female patients.2.All the symptoms and signs involved in 388 medical records collected in this research were statistically analyzed: the main symptoms included abnormal stool(loose stool,watery stool,yellow stool,loose stool from time to time,dry stool first and loose stool first,loose stool irregular),abdominal distension,abdominal pain,low voice,exhaustion,less qi and lazy speech,dark complexion,abdominal pressure,fatigue,drowsiness,etc.Tongue color is mainly reddish and pale.Tongue coating is mainly white and greasy,thin and yellow;Pulse is mainly composed of pulse chord,pulse smooth,pulse sink,pulse moistening and pulse chord number.3.Among the 388 medical cases in this study,there were 140 syndroms of spleen deficiency and dampness,65 syndroms of spleen deficiency and deficiency,53 syndroms of cold and heat,53 syndroms of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat,48 syndroms of liver depression and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,29 syndroms of which spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome accounted for the highest proportion,36.08%,while spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome accounted for the least,7.47%.4.Analysis of the four Qi and five taste normalization: Professor Huang Liuxiang used warm and bitter drugs most frequently in the treatment of chronic diarrhea,and the normalization of spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian and liver meridian were the main among the 148 drugs used.5.Analysis of Chinese medicine: Among the 148 kinds of Chinese medicine used in 388 prescriptions,the accumulated frequency of occurrence was 5354 times,and the application frequency was greater than 40 times.The top 10 were Codonopsis codonopsis,sundried licorice,Coptis chinensis,pinellia pinellia,poria codonopsis,dried ginger,scutellaria scutellaria,jujube,atractylodes atractylodes and paeoniae paeoniae.In the efficacy classification,the high frequency of use are supplementing deficiency,clearing heat,relieving surface and warming Li,etc.6.Drug association rules: Through association rule analysis,six core prescriptions were obtained for syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness,deficiency of temper,mixed cold and heat,syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness and heat,syndrome of liver depression and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency: Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Wumei Wan,Gegenqinlian Decoction,Sini SAN and Zhenwu Decoction.Conclusion: Professor Huang Liuxiang think this disease mainly in the spleen,stomach,liver,pathological factors mainly for hot fire of depressive,wet drink phlegm,stagnation of gas,the disease mainly mixed with deficiency and excess.Main pathogenesis is liver wood loss of dredging,dysfunction of spleen in transport,spleen and stomach qi activity lifting disorders.When treatment is given priority to with spleen and stomach,soothing Liver and activating Spleen always run through the treament of the core,Focus on the integrated system.therapeutic principle is tonification and purgation in combination,treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease.Mostly pharmacy is cold-ward combination,acrid opening and bitter downbearing merge.Professor Huang Liuxiang is good at useing Herb pair and medicine is quite mild when prescribing.
