Exploring Professor Xie Haibo's Clinical Experience In Treating Essential Hypertension Based On The TCM Inheritance Computing Platfor

Objective: By collecting and sorting out the medical records of Professor Xie Haibo in the diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension,data mining and analysis were carried out using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Computing system(V3.0)",and the medication characteristics and clinical experience of Professor Xie Haibo in the diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension were summarized.Methods: Collect the complete cases of patients with essential hypertension,including basic information,symptoms,and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,who met the inclusion criteria and were treated by Professor Xie Haibo of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022,and collate the collected data into the excel form.A total of 92 patients and 205 prescriptions were included,and the collected data were sorted into excel tables.The traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance computing system(V3.0)was used for gender and age,symptom and sign,drug properties and flavor normalization,efficacy,drug frequency,association rules and cluster analysis.Results:1.In terms of basic information,among the 92 patients with essential hypertension,48 male cases,accounting for 52%;44 female cases,accounting for 48%,male slightly more than female,for female 1.09 times;The patients ranged from 18 to 80 years old.The patients with more frequent inclusion were mainly concentrated in 31 to 60 years old.2.Symptom analysis showed that there were 36 kinds of symptoms among 92 patients,among which the top 10 were dizziness,insomnia,headache,palpitation,dry mouth,bitter mouth,loose stools and thin stool,chest tightness,frequent urination at night,and blurred vision.3.The analysis of drug properties showed that the main drugs were warm,flat,cold and cool.The frequency of warm drugs was up to 1114 times,while that of flat drugs was 886 times,that of cold drugs was 392 times,and that of cool drugs was 194 times.The results of drug taste analysis showed that sweet,spicy,bitter,and sour were the main tastes.1856 sweet taste drugs were used,918 were spicy,874 were bitter,and 207 were sour.The main homing meridian were spleen,lung,heart,stomach,liver and kidney meridian,and the medication frequency was more than 640 times.The efficacy is mainly to tonify deficiency.The frequency analysis showed that the top 10 most frequently used drugs were Poria cocos,fried licorice,Pueraria lobata,Atractylodes atractylodes,Codonopsis radix,Pinellia pinellia,Cinnamomi twig,jujube kernel,Jixueteng and Polygala,all of which were more than 100 times.4.In the association rule analysis,the number of support degree was set as 120,and the confidence degree was set as 0.9,58 drug combinations were obtained,and the central drugs were Codonopsis radix,Poria codonopsis,Atractylodes rhizoma atractylodes rhizoma,Rhizoma pinellia,Gegeum radix and Cinnamomum twig.5.In the cluster analysis,the number of clusters was set as 5,and 5 core drug combinations were obtained: Core combination 1 was Radix pinelliae rhizoma,Rhizoma atractylodes rhizoma,bitter orange peel,Poria cocos,Gegen;core combination 2 was Radix codonopsis,Poria codonopsis,Radix liquorice rhizoma,Jixueteng and Radix scutellariae;core combination 3 was Radix Codonopsis,Atractylodes Rhizoma atractylodes Rhizoma,Poria codonopsis,Radix glycyrrhizae rhizoma and Radix gegen;core combination 4 was Radix Codonopsis,Radix atractylodes Rhizoma,Poria Codonopsis,Radix Glycyrrhizae rhizoma and Radix gegen.The core combination5 was Codonopsis rhizoma,Atractylodes rhizoma,Poria cocos,fried licorice,lily,Sour jujube seed.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Haibo made good use of Guipi Decoction and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension.He used mostly sweet and warm drugs,and the main drugs used were spleen,lung,heart,stomach,liver and kidney.2.In the treatment of essential hypertension,Professor Xie often focused on the spleen and stomach,taking into account the other four viscera.Drugs are mainly used to strengthen the spleen,qi and blood,supplemented by phlegm and collaterals,Yin and calm the mind,so that the biochemical activity of qi and blood is active,qi and blood can be filled to feed the five internal organs,and the five internal organs and qi machinery regulation,then blood pressure will be reduced.
