| Objective: This paper intends to observe the syndrome characteristics of asthma in children under 6 years old in remission stage,and to collect objective parameters of tongue diagnosis of children with and without glucocorticoid by tongue instrument.To explore the characteristics of objective parameters of tongue diagnosis and the effect of glucocorticoid on objective parameters of tongue diagnosis in children with asthma in remission stage,so as to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of asthma in children.Methods: In this paper,The general data and TCM syndrome information of children in accordance with the inclusion criteria were obtained through the clinical information collection table,and the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis were collected by TFDA-1 tongue diagnosis instrument,and the fur color indexes RGB,HSI,Lab,YCr Cb and fur quality indexes perall,perpart,Con,ASM,ENT and MEAN were analyzed by TDAS2.0 analysis software.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze and compare the characteristics of the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis of different syndrome types in children with asthma and the tongue coating parameters of children with and without glucocorticoid treatment,and to study the characteristics of tongue coating parameters of children with and without glucocorticoid treatment.Results:(1)Among the 120 children with asthma in remission,the ratio of male to female was about 2.87:1,Among the 43 cases in the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group with tongue image acquisition,the ratio of male to female was about 3.30:1,The proportion of male children was higher than that of female children;(2)The cases were all preschool age children under 6 years old(excluding 6 years old).The average age of the total sample group was 3.39±1.51 years old,and the average age of the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group was4.15±1.23 years old;(3)Among the 120 children in the total sample group There were 70 cases(58.3%)of syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency,36 cases(30.0%)of syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency,and 14 cases(11.7%)of syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency;43 children in the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group had syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency 22cases(51.2%),17 cases(39.5%)of syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency,and 4 cases(9.3%)of syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Children of different sexes and ages in the two samples were mainly suffering from syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency;(4)There was no significant difference in sex composition ratio,age,BMI value,TRACK score,past history,allergic history,family history and adverse environmental factors between the two groups,but there were significant differences in disease course and medication history(glucocorticoid)between the two groups,which were corrected in statistical analysis.(5)In the total sample group,the syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency,the syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency were mainly composed of thin white moss,with 52cases(74.3%),18 cases(50.0%)and 10 cases(71.4%)of thin white moss,respectively.In the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group,the syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency and the syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency were mainly composed of thin white moss.There were17 cases(77.3%),11 cases(64.7%)of thin white moss,and 1 case(25.0%)of thin white moss in syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency.There were significant differences in tongue coating distribution among different syndrome types(P < 0.05).(6)In the total sample group,the syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency,the syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency were mainly white fur,respectively with white fur 69 cases(98.6%)and 20 cases(55.6%),14 cases(100%);in the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group,the syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency,the syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency were mainly white fur,respectively with white fur 21 cases(95.5%),12 cases(70.6%),and 4 cases(100%).There was a significant difference in the distribution of fur color between the two sample groups with different syndrome types(P<0.05);(7)In the total sample group,the syndrome of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency,the syndrome of lung-kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency,all with Thin fur was the mainstay,with 53 cases(75.7%),34 cases(94.4%),and 10 cases(71.4%)of thin fur respectively;in the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group,all of which were mainly thin fur.with 18 cases(81.8%),17 cases(100%),and 2 cases(50.0%)of thin fur respectively,There was a significant difference in the distribution of fur in the two sample groups with different syndrome types(P<0.05);(8)In the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group of 43 cases,comparing objective parameters of fur color in different syndrome types,the changes of tongue coating color index tai Clr R value,tai Clr G value,tai Clr B value and fur quality index perpart value were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference among other groups.(9)In the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis group of 43 cases were divided into groups according to the use of glucocorticoid,the change of tai Clr G value was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference of other parameters among these groups.Conclusion:(1)the syndrome of deficiency of Fei-Pi qi-deficiency was the main syndrome in the remission stage of asthma in children,followed by the syndrome of yin deficiency of lung and kidney.(2)the tongue coating of each syndrome type is mainly thin and white coating.(3)as a simple and non-invasive TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment instrument,tongue diagnosis instrument can provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of TCM syndrome in children with asthma in remission stage.Among them,fur color index tai Clr R value,tai Clr G value,tai Clr B value and fur quality index per Part value can be used to describe the objective characteristics of tongue image of different syndrome types of children asthma in remission stage.(4)the tai Clr G value of tongue image parameters can reflect the effect of glucocorticoid on children with asthma in remission stage to some extent. |
