| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of eye needle on postoperative pain and other symptoms of perianal abscess.Material and method:A total of 60 patients with perianal abscess who were hospitalized in the Anorectal Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 and met the inclusion criteria, obtained informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The same preoperative examination, preparation and operation methods were used in both groups. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine local fumigation(dry alum, myrrh, sophora flavescens, sophora sophora, atractylodes, purple flower Diodin, gallnut, yellow cypress,Rhizoma corydalis, white herb,Radix fufui, snake seed),postoperative red light treatment,one-effect cream dressing change, laxative paste + acupoint application +TPD magic lamp irradiation and other conventional treatments.Observation group: The first day after surgery, the eye needle treatment.Acupoint selection: double lower focal area, double large intestine area, leave the needle for 30 minutes. After that, the needles were applied once a day for 5 days. The other treatments were the same as the Chinese herbal fumigation group. After treatment, postoperative pain, anal swelling, wound edema and defecation were scored, and blood routine was reviewed one week after surgery.SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results:The sex, age, course of disease, and location of the abscess of patients in the joint group and the conventional group were not statistically significant and could be compared.1 On the day after surgery, the pain scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and on the 1st,3rd,5th,and 7th days after surgery, the scores of the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group in terms of postoperative pain in patients with perianal abscess, and there was statistical significance in the two groups(P<0.05).2 Compared with the conventional group, there was no significant difference in the score of limb edema on the 1st and 7th postoperative days(P>0.05),and on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two groups, which was better than the conventional group.3 There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups for postoperative bowel movements, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups, and there was a statistical difference(P0.05)between the two groups on the 5th and 7th postoperative days, and the combined group was better than the conventional group.4 There was no significant difference in distention score(P>0.05)on the first postoperative day between the two groups, which was comparable, and there was a statistically significant difference in distention score(P<0.05)between the two groups on the 3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days, which was better than the conventional group.5 The combined group(100%)was significantly higher in the 7th postoperative group(73.33%)than the conventional group(73.33%),and had a statistically significant significance(P<0.05).6 The joint group had no records of adverse reactions such as needle sickness during acupuncture.Conclusion:1 For the treatment of patients with perianal abscess after surgery, eye acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and Chinese medicine fumigation alone have a role in postoperative pain, wound edema, defecation, and swelling, and the effect of eye acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation is better.2 Eye acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation has a significant effect in postoperative analgesia, and the eye acupuncture selection is less and the onset of action is fast, which is worthy of clinical promotion and development. |
