Observation On The Efficacy Of Deep Puncture At Baliao Acupoint Combined With Paracetamol And Tramadol On Pain After Incision And Drainage Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:After incision and drainage of perianal abscess,the patients were treated with deep needling at Baliao point combined with oral paracetamol tramadol and simple oral paracetamol tramadol respecti’vely.The analgesic and wound healing effects were observed to provide a better treatment plan for the clinic.Methods:On the premise of meeting the inclusion criteria,the relevant cases were collected,with a total sample size of 60.According to the routine treatment of anorectal department,anti infection,hemostasis,and daily dressing change,they were randomly divided into the acupuncture analgesia group(treatment group)with deep needling at Baliao point combined with oral paracetamol tramadol and the drug analgesia group(reference group)with oral paracetamol tramadol,with a sample size of 30 in each group.The first treatment date was the first day after the completion of drainage,and the treatment lasted for 3 days.The difference of curative effect was analyzed according to the VAS pain score on the 1st,2nd,3rd and 7th day and other related treatment indexes.Results:Baseline analysis:1.2.The age of the treatment group and the reference group belong to normal distribution,t test showed no significant difference,gender and length of stay of men and women belong to non normal distribution,nonparametric test showed no significant difference.Efficacy analysis:1.The VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the reference group on the 2nd,3rd and 7th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant,but there was no significant difference on the 1st day;2.There was no significant difference on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day between the two groups after treatment,and the score effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the reference group on the 7th day,and the difference was statistically significant.The improvement of retention was obviously better than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.the treatment group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 14 cases,invalid in 1 cases,the total effective rate was 96.4%,the control group was markedly effective in 1 cases,effective in 26 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,and the total effective rate was 93.1%.In the treatment group,there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:1.Deep acupuncture at Baliao points combined with oral paracetamol tramadol compared with oral paracetamol tramadol alleviated postoperative pain after perianal abscess.2,deep needling Baliao points combined with oral administration of Amphenol tramadol can relieve wound pain,improve wound secretion,improve urinary retention and high safety.
