| Objective: Through the collection of clinical symptom score,volume and laboratory examination data of Female Red Radish patients with chronic goutic arthritis and tophite before and after treatment,the effect of Female Red Radish in dissolving tophite was retrospectively analyzed,which could provide reference for clinical treatment.Materials and Methods:According to a standard collection of Shenyang Zone of peace Kang Feng Hong clinic of traditional Chinese medicine during January 2017-December2021 accepts the gouty tophus patients diagnosed with chronic gouty arthritis associated with gout,patient data,collected using Windows Excel 2021 import data to establish database,SPSS26.0 software was used to statistical analysis,To explore the curative effect of Female Red Radish,draw a conclusion.Results:1.General situationA total of 427 cases were collected in this study.Among the 427 patients,there were 424 male patients(99.30%)and 3 female patients(0.70%).The shortest treatment time was 8 months and the longest was 30 months,with an average of 14.66±6.24 months.2.The change of clinical symptom scoreThe maximum clinical symptom score before treatment was 74 and the minimum was 11.The mean value was 50.80±16.49;After treatment,the maximum value of clinical symptom score was 55,the minimum value was 8,and the mean value was 28.89±11.07,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment.3.The change of volume of gouty tophusCT showed that the maximum value was 9.497cm3,the minimum value was 2.009cm3,and the mean value was 5.43±2.51cm3.After treatment,the maximum value was 9.286cm3,the minimum value was 0.381cm3,and the mean value was 4.57±2.5cm3,which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).4.Laboratory index changeThe serum uric acid value before treatment was 541.92±79.64μmol/L;The serum uric acid value at the first pain was 691.81±117.96μmol/L,which was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,serum uric acid value was 437.11±98.32μmol/L,which was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment,blood urea nitrogen was8.63±2.43mmol/L.Blood urea nitrogen in the first pain was 8.22±2.26mmol/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Blood urea nitrogen was7.62±2.48mmol/L after treatment,which was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,creatinine was101.10±16.39μmol/L;The creatinine of the first pain was 108.88±13.19μmol/L,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The creatinine level was 85.89±18.25μmol/L after treatment,which was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).C-reactive protein was 7.77±2.76mg/L before treatment.The C-reactive protein in the first pain was 18.20±6.81mg/L,which was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein was6.32±2.93mg/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Analysis of correlation between serum uric acid change and painA total of 392 patients experienced pain during treatment,accounting for 91.80% of the total cases.The correlation coefficient between serum uric acid change and pain was 0.405,indicating a positive and weak correlation between serum uric acid change and pain.Conclusion:1.Female Red Radish can dissolve the gouty stone associated with chronic gouty arthritis patients with phlegm-stasis obstruction.2.Female Red Radish can significantly improve the clinical symptom score of chronic gouty arthritis patients with phlegm-stasis obstruction.3.Female Red Radish can effectively reduce blood uric acid,creatinine,urea nitrogen. |
