Research On The Cultivation Of Righteousness And Benefit Outlook Among Medical Student

Medical students are the successors of Chinese medical and health undertakings in the future and the reserve force to implement the strategy of "healthy China".Medical students’ humanistic quality education and medical professional education are the "two carriages" of medical education.Only when the "two carriages" run side by side,medical students can grow into medical talents with "both virtue and ability".The concept of justice and interests is the starting point for a person to make value judgment and choice,and the cultivation of the concept of justice and interests is an important part of the humanistic literacy education for medical students.The purpose of the cultivation of the concept of justice and interests for medical students is to guide them to clarify the relationship between justice and interests,to distinguish the relationship between individual interests,collective interests and national interests,to actively practice the correct concept of justice and interests,and to train medical students to be socialist high-quality medical talents who "acting in good faith,value friendship,champion moral principles and uphold justice ",firmly establish the correct concept of justice and interests,resist from the erosion of various backward and decadent concepts of justice and interests,and truly achieve the principle of "sticking to morality and justice to prevent interference ",It’s of great significance to continuously send high quality medical talents for the motherland,escort the health of the people and make the medical education satisfactory to the people.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate some medical students in many medical colleges and universities.Based on the survey results,it summarizes the current situation of the cultivation of medical students’ concept of justice and interests,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for the cultivation of medical students’ concept of justice and interests.The first part defines the concepts related to the cultivation of the concept of justice and benefit of medical students,discusses the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the concept of justice and interests of medical students and the content of the cultivation of medical students’ concept of justice and interests,and expounds the important significance of the cultivation of the concept of justice and benefit of medical students.The second part through the questionnaire survey to understand the medical students’ concept of justice and interests,the current situation of the cultivation of medical students’ concept of justice and interests and the existing problems,and explore the reasons for the problems.The third points out the three basic principles of cultivating medical students’ concept of justice and interests,and explains the concept of cultivating medical students’ concept of justice and benefit:Setting up the correct concept of justice and interests which is to put justice first,thinking about justice and benefit,giving consideration to justice and benefit;Cultivate the value orientation of integrating personal interest into social public interest,public interest before private interest;Practicing the medical students’ responsibility of acting in good faith,value friendship,champion moral principles and uphold justice.In part four,based on the results of the investigation and the attribution analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of the medical students’ concept of justice and benefit,the realistic path and countermeasures of the cultivation of the medical students’ concept of justice and benefit are discussed.
