Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Wang Shixuan In Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Professor Wang Shixuan,as the sixth and seventh batch of national famous and old experts in traditional Chinese medicine,inherited their academic experience and had many years of clinical experience in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.By collecting,sorting out and mining the relevant medical records of Professor Wang Shixuan in treating CSR,this study conducted a retrospective study with the help of TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(TCMISSV2.5),and then studied and discussed the drug use rules of Professor Wang Shixuan in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,so as to provide data support and theoretical support for standardizing the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and inheriting the experience of famous Chinese doctors.Material and method:By collecting the patient data of Professor Wang Shixuan’s treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from September 2020 to December 2021 in the out-patient clinic and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Department of Orthopedics,and with the help of data mining methods in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5),we summarized the rule of drug use of Professor Wang Shixuan in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Results:The 209 prescriptions screened were analyzed,the frequency of drug use in the prescriptions and the association rules between drugs were determined,and 93 kinds of drugs with a frequency of more than 10 were obtained,including 197 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 3908.The top ten drugs used in the prescription are Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Puerariae,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Boiled Glycyrrhiza,Poria,Astragalus,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Codonopsis pilosula,and Atractylodes macrocephala.The main meridians are the spleen,liver,kidney,lung,heart,and stomach meridians.The nature and taste are bitter,sweet,spicy,warm,cold,and flat.Through association rules and complex system entropy clustering analysis,287 commonly used drug combinations were obtained,including 31 Chinese herbs,and 10 new groups were inferred.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Shixuan’s drugs for treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type mainly include warm drugs,pungent drugs,sweet drugs and bitter drugs,and most of them belong to the spleen and liver meridians.The drugs widely used in clinical treatment include white peony,angelica,kudzu root,chuanxiong,roasted licorice,poria,astragalus,cinnamon twig,atractylodes macrocephala,dangshen,dried tangerine peel,pinellia ternata,turmeric,notopterygium,salvia miltiorrhiza,rehmannia,bupleurum chinense,red peony root,fructus aurantii,fructus lycii,dodder,etc.The main treatment principle is to replenish liver and kidney,disperse wind,dispel cold and remove dampness.2.Professor Wang Shixuan aimed at the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.For the type of liver and kidney deficiency,the core prescription was Zuogui Pill,the core prescription was Liujunzi+Gegen decoction,the core prescription was Qianghuo Shengshi decoction,the core prescription was Xiaochaihu+Taohong Siwu decoction,and the core prescription was Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,the core prescription was Qi and blood deficiency type.
