| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and improvement of autonomic nervous function of Qingre Huatan recipe in the treatment of functional premature atrial fibrillation with phlegm-fire disturbing the heart.To provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of functional premature beats in the future.Materials and Methods: 60 patients with functional premature atrial fibrillation and phlegm-fire disturbing the heart from September 2020 to January 2023 in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate,and the treatment group was treated with Qingre Huatan recipe on the basis of the control group,with a course of treatment of 4 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,adverse reactions,the number of premature beats in 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,HRV index,renal function,liver function,blood routine and other routine safety indicators were recorded before and after.According to the curative effect evaluation of TCM syndrome and the number of premature beats,the curative effect and safety evaluation are evaluated.result:1.Comparison of curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine(1)Total curative effect of TCM symptoms: the total improvement rate(significant+effective)of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total improvement rate of the control group was 86.7%.The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).It shows that in terms of improving the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,Huanglian Wendan Decoction plus bisoprolol is better than bisoprolol fumarate tablets alone.(2)The curative effect of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the single symptoms of the two groups were alleviated compared with those before treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the single symptoms of palpitation,irritability,dry mouth and constipation(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of single symptoms of chest tightness and insomnia(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effects of western medicine(1)Total effective rate of atrial premature beats: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24-hour ambulatory ECG showed that the number of premature beats in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P>0.05),and the number of premature beats in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P>0.05),and the difference of the number of premature beats before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P>0.05)。(2)Efficacy of heart rate variability: SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD and pNN50 values of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01).The increase of SDNN,SDANN and r MSSD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05)Safety analysis: there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment,and the physical and chemical examination,vital signs and other indicators fluctuated within the normal reference value range after treatment.Conclusion:1.Qingre Huatan recipe can obviously improve the TCM syndromes of patients with functional premature ejaculation with phlegm-fire disturbing the heart.2.Qingre Huatan recipe can obviously reduce the number of premature beats in patients with functional premature beats of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart.3.Qingre Huatan recipe can improve the heart rate variability index of patients with functional premature ejaculation with phlegm-fire disturbing the heart,which shows that in a certain degree To some extent,it can improve autonomic nerve function.4.Qingre Huatan recipe has good safety in treating functional atrial premature beats with phlegm-fire disturbing the heart. |
