Clinical Efficacy Study Of Guipi Dingpai Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Functional Atrial Premature Beat (syndrome Of Deficiency Of Both Heart And Spleen)

Purpose:To discuss the application of Guipi Dingxi Decoction in the treatment of patients with functional atrial premature beats(APBs)belonging to both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome in clinical efficacy,safety and the improvement of autonomic nervous function.Material and method : A total of 72 cardiology outpatients with functional APBs belonging to both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36).The control group taken Bisoprolol Fumarate as conventional therapy,based on which,the treatment group was treated with additional Guipi Dingji decoction.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.Before and after the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the number of APBs in 24-hour DCG(Holter),the HRV indexes,the vital signs,laboratory examinations and the adverse reactions were recorded and compared.The result was statistically analyzed to evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of traditional chinese and western medicine.Results:1.Comparison of traditional chinese medicine efficacy(1)Comparison of total TCM syndromes: The total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 72.22% in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of individual TCM syndrome: After treatment,the two groups of patients have improved in individual syndromes(P<0.05),and the observation group has improved better than the control group in the 7 individual syndrome of palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,anorexia,abdominal distension,loose stools,and complexion(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the insomnia syndrome has improved,but there is no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of western medicine efficacy(1)Comparison of functional APBs: The total effective rate was 94.44% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of APBs in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the HRV indexes: The SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,and p NN50 values of the two groups of patients were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of SDNN,SDANN and r MSSD in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),while there was no statistical difference in the improvement of p NN50 compared with the control group(P>0.05).3.Safety analysisBoth groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the course of clinical study.There were no obvious abnormalities in vital signs and and laboratory examinations before and after treatment,and all indicators fluctuated within the normal reference value range.Conclusion:1.Guipi Dingji Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with functional APBs(both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome).2.Guipi Dingji Decoction can significantly reduce the frequency of APBs in patients with both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.3.Guipi Dingji Decoction can improve the HRV indexes of patients with functional APBs (both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome),indicating that it can improve autonomic nerve function to a certain extent.4.Guipi Dingji Decoction has good safety in the treatment of functional APBs(both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome).
