Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Dahuang Mudan Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis With Blood Stasis And Toxin Syndrom

Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with blood stasis and toxin syndrome,and to guide clinical practice.Methods:Total of 64 patients with acute pancreatitis with blood stasis and toxin syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine combined with Dahuang Mudan Decoction orally,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 7 days.The relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,CT classification and intestinal function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The blood routine,blood amylase,C-reactive protein index and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were recorded in detail,and the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1.Remission time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension:The remission time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension was compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).2.Intestinal function score:The intestinal function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.CT rating:The CT rating of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups.4.Laboratory indicators:White blood cells count,serum amylase,and C-reactive protein were compared before and 3,5,and 7 days after treatment.The differences within the group of white blood cells count,serum amylase,and C-reactive protein were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant of white blood cells count on the 5th and 7th day after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant of serum amylase on the 5th and 7th day after treatment(P<0.001).The difference was statistically significant of C-reactive protein on the 7th day after treatment(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.001),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Overall efficacy evaluation:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple Dahuang Mudan Decoction,Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with acupoint application can relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,promote the recovery of intestinal function and alleviate the pain of patients.It is more effective in reducing White blood cells count,serum amylase,and C-reactive protein,but has no obvious advantage in CT rating of patients.The overall effect is better,worthy of clinical promotion.
