Clinical Observation On Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Prescription In Treating Anxiety After PCI In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease With Liver Qi Stagnation And Phlegm And Blood Stasi

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaiyu Shugan Yixin formula in the treatment of anxiety state of coronary heart disease after PCI with liver qi stagnation and phlegm-stasis mutual obstruction syndrome,this study provides a basis for clinical application.Methods: Sixty patients with anxiety state after PCI of coronary heart disease with liver qi stagnation and phlegm-stasis mutual obstruction syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to SPSS random number grouping table,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment with Western medicine,the control group was given flupentixol melitracen tablets(Deanxit),and the treatment group was given Chaiyu Shugan Yixin formula and Deanxit.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The efficacy and scores of TCM syndrome,Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Seattle Angina Questionnaiire score,the levels of the inflammatory factor Interleukin-6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor α,and drug safety evaluation were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results: 1.Comparison of the efficacy and integration of TCM syndroms: the total effective rate of TCM syndroms in the treatment group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032 < 0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043 < 0.05).2.Comparison of scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7): After treatment,the GAD-7 score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037 < 0.05).3.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)comparison: After treatment,PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044 < 0.05).4.Comparison of scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaiire(SAQ): After treatment,SAQ scores of all dimensions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of inflammatory factor levels: After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chaiyu Shugan Yixin formula can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients with anxiety after PCI,reduce the score of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,improve the score of Seattle Angina Questionnaiire,decrease the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α,and has clinical efficacy,good clinical safety,no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects.
