Obj ective:To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the theory of "cervical sacral combined treatment".Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Group A was the observation group, which was treated with acupotomy based on the "cervical sacral combined treatment" under ultrasound guidance, while group B was the control group, which was treated with acupotomy based on the"T-shaped" operation under ultrasound guidance.Patients in both groups were treated once every 5 days for a total of 3 times. Before treatment and on the second day after treatment, the two groups were evaluated respectively:VAS pain score was used to evaluate the pain status of patients;Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale score was used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms, signs, life and work ability and hand function of patients;nerve root cross-sectional area was measured by ultrasound. And then we to assess the overall efficacy, and 3 months after the treatment by telephone follow-up recurrence.Results:1.Pain:VAS scores of both groups significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.Symptoms,signs and other general conditions:After treatment, the symptom score of Tanaka Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale significantly increased in both group s(P<0.05),and there were differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.0 5),and group A was better than group B.3.Nerve root cross-sectional area:After treatment, the nerve root cross-sectional area of C5,C6 and C7 in groups A and B significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.Efficacy:The total effective rate of group A was 9 0.00%,and that of group B was 86.67%.but there was no statistical significance in the overall efficacy between the two group s(P>0.05).5.Recurrence rate:A group recurrence rate 6.67%,B group recurrence rate was 16.67%,but there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided acupotomy of "cervical sacral combined treatment" is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which can relieve pain, reduce nerve root edema, improve the general condition of symptoms and signs, living and working ability, and hand function of patients. It is safe, and can be promoted in clinical practice.
