Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound-guided Knife And Crochet Needle On Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Object:To evaluate the clinical effect of crochet acupuncture under the guidance of musculoskeletal ultrasound on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and provide a basis for the popularization and application of crochet therapy.Methods:In this study,a total of 90 patients with cervical radiculopathy who met the criteria were included.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into three groups: A,B,and C,with 30 cases in each group.1 case in group B and group C dropped out,a total of 88 cases were completed.Group A was treated with musculoskeletal ultrasound guided knife and crochet,group B was treated with non-direct vision knife and crochet,and group C was treated with traditional needles.A and B were treated once a week,a total of 3 treatments;group C was treated once a day,with 5 days as a small course of treatment with an interval of 2 days,a total of 3 small courses,the treatment cycles of the three groups were 21 days.Before and 1 week after the treatment,the three groups of VAS pain score,Tian Zhong Jing Jiu cervical spondylosis symptoms score and nerve root cross-sectional area were recorded,analyzed and compared.Results:1.Overall efficacy results: The total effective rate of the A group is 96.7%;the total effective rate of B group is 83.0%;the total effective rate of C group is 69.0%.The total effective comparison P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C;2.VAS score :Before treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups A,B,and C were not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).Comparison between the three groups after treatment was Statistically significant(P<0.05),group A>group B>group C;3.Tian Zhong Jing Jiu cervical spondylosis symptom score: Before treatment,the scores were not statistically significant in the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores were significantly improved in the three groups(P < 0.05)),the comparison between the three groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),group A>group B>group C;4.Nerve root cross-sectional area:(1)C5 nerve root: After treatment,the CSA in the three groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05),group A is better than group B and C,group B is better than group C.(2)C6 nerve root: After treatment,the CSA in the three groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison among the three groups after treatment P>0.05.Group A and Group B are better than Group C,and there is no difference between Group A and Group B.(3)C7 nerve root: After treatment,the CSA in the three groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).Group A and Group B are better than Group C,and there is no difference between Group A and Group B.Conclusion:1.The three groups both have effects in the treatment of CSR,which can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms.2.The musculoskeletal ultrasound guided knife and crochet treatment group was significantly better than the non-direct vision knife and crochet treatment group or the traditional needle treatment group.3.Musculoskeletal ultrasound guided knife crochet treatment is safe and effective.It has good compliance for modern people living in a fast-paced life;it can significantly improve the pain level of patients,improve the activities of the cervical spine and upper limbs,reduce nerve root edema.
