Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Endometrial Hyperplasia With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm-dampness Syndrome By Suome Fan

Objective: This study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety by recording the changes of relevant indicators before and after the treatment of endometriosis hyperplasia of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome with Suomofang,and whether there were adverse reactions during the treatment process,in order to provide research ideas,diagnosis and treatment reference for the therapy of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: This study selected patients who met the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February2022 to December 2022.After exclusion,60 clinically effective cases were included and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given Suomofang,and the control group was given the Progesterone Capsules(Yimaxin).After continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,stop taking medicine and observe for 1 month.Record the changes of TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level in the two groups before and after treatment,and conduct statistical analysis.Results:(1)The differences between the two groups in terms of age and course of disease were not statistically significant(P >0.05).(2)There were no significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score,menstrual volume score,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level before treatment,which were comparable(P >0.05).(3)Both two groups had curative effects,accounting for 93.33% and 80% of total effective rates respectively,which indicates that both groups of drugs had therapeutic effects on endometrial hyperplasia,and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of clinical efficacy(P <0.05).(4)The TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level of the two groups were lower than before after treatment,while the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Both the Suomofang and the Progesterone Capsules have curative effects on the treatment of endometriosis with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome.In terms of regulating menstruation and improving clinical symptoms,the Suomofang has better effect,no adverse events,safe clinical application,and can be further promoted in clinical treatment.
