Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Jiehan Recipe In Treating Phlegm-dampness Internal Obstruction Syndrome In Adults With Snorin

Objective:By observing the clinical treatment effect of adult snoring patients with phlegm syndrome after receiving Jiehan prescription,it provides a reference for the clinical treatment research of OSAHS.Methods:Collected from February 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital（Changde city first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine）of OSAHS adult patients 64 patients,according to the principle of randomized control,using SPSS 23.0 in the proportion of1:1 cases will be randomly divided into trial and control group,each group 32 cases,compare the baseline data of the two groups of patients,determine comparable study.The experimental group was treated with internal snoring side,and the control group was treated with ginseng and spleen tablet.The treatment period was 12weeks.Subsequently,the changes of AHI,Sp O₂,ESS score and TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment of group 2 were observed.Results:1.Clinical efficacy:The total response rate of the control group was 31.3%（10/22）,and the total response rate of the test group was 65.6%（21/11）.Comparing the two groups,P<0.05 was statistically significant,and the response rate was higher than that of the control group.2.TCM syndrome score:the difference between TCM syndrome score before and after treatment was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the difference between TCM syndrome score before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.AHI:the difference in AHI before and after the control group and trial group was significant（P<0.05）,and the difference in AHI between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）.4.Sp O₂:the difference in Sp O₂in the control group was not statistically significant（P>0.05）,the difference in Sp O₂in the trial group（P<0.05）,and the difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.5.ESS score:the difference of ESS score before and after treatment between the control group and trial group（P<0.05）,and the difference between ESS score between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）.Results:Patients with internal snoring can achieve considerable effect in AHI,blood oxygen saturation,TCM syndrome score and ESS score through internal treatment,which is worth further clinical study.Conclusion:Jiehan prescription can effectively improve the syndrome of adult snoring with phlegm and dampness internal obstruction and for adult OSAHS patients with phlegm syndrome,their AHI,Sp O2 and ESS scores can be effectively reduced by the treatment of Jiehan prescription.
