Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Adenomyosis With Infertility And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Bushen Huoxue Recip

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on clinical pregnancy rate,serum CA125 level,uterine volume,dysmenorrhea score(VAS),endometrial resistance index(RI)and improvement of TCM symptoms in Adenomyosis infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on infertility of Adenomyosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and explore its clinical application value.Methods: From January 2022 to October 2022,60 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria for adenomyosis with infertility and renal deficiency and blood stasis were collected in the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each,the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe,and the control group was treated with Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsules.After 3months of treatment,the changes of relevant indicators in the treatment process of each group were compared,and the menstrual condition and pregnancy of patients were recorded after 3 months of follow-up,and their clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated,and relevant conclusions were drawn.Results:(1)After 3 cycles of treatment,there were significant differences in serum CA125,uterine volume,degree of dysmenorrhea,endometrial blood flow resistance,and Chinese medicine evidence score indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group when compared between the groups,and the differences in the results of the two data were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In this study,the two groups were treated for 3 cycles and the pregnancy rate was 36.67% in the treatment group and 10.00% in the control group after 3 months of follow-up,and the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)In this study,11 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,with a clinical efficiency of 93.30%;3 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,10 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective in the control group,with a clinical efficiency of 73.33%,which is statistically significant when comparing the efficiency of the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of adenomyosis with infertility renal deficiency and blood stasis is significantly better than the use of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsules in improving serum CA125 level,reducing uterine volume,improving dysmenorrhea symptoms,reducing endometrial blood flow resistance,reducing TCM syndrome points,and improving pregnancy rate,and no adverse reactions were seen during treatment,and the safety was good.
