With the in-depth development of the medical system reform,in order to make hospitals better carry forward and continue the responsibility of saving lives and improve the quality of people’s life,the country has gradually released social capital investment in the medical market,the number of private hospitals keeps increasing,and the competition in the medical market is increasingly fierce.Every private hospital is faced with the problems of how to expand market share,improve economic benefits and maximize shareholder wealth in the fierce competition environment.Performance management plays a significant role in hospital management as a whole,and performance management belongs to optimal management of medical institutions Performance management can reduce costs,improve the work efficiency of hospitals,and make up for the disadvantages of private hospitals in the scale of hospital funds and technical level.It is the fundamental way to solve problems to design a set of scientific performance management programs and improve the performance management level of hospitals.Therefore,how to establish a set of scientific,effective and executable performance appraisal program is the main research content of this paper.In this paper,D private hospital is selected as the research object,and the strategic objectives and operation status of the hospital are considered as a whole by means of literature,case analysis and questionnaire.The research conclusion is scientific,feasible and practical.The basic theories of balanced scorecard and performance management are firstly described in this paper.Then to civilian battalion hospital performance management present situation and existence for the current situation analysis,next to the hospital’s own strengths,weaknesses and facing the opportunities and threats are analyzed,and based on the analysis of the internal and external environment and the actual situation of hospital,design the hospital’s overall index and weight of the balanced scorecard,design the hospital implementation performance action plan,Finally,through comparison,it points out the initial implementation effect of the BSC scheme: by introducing the BSC performance scheme,the medical quality of the hospital is improved,the medical efficiency is improved,the patient satisfaction is improved,the comprehensive operation efficiency of the hospital is improved,the doctor-patient conflict is alleviated,and the comprehensive strength of the hospital is enhanced.This paper provides a good reference for private hospitals in the same environment.
