Research On The Evolutionary Mechanism Of User Participation Behavior In Online Health Communitie

Online health community is an open platform with Internet technology as the carrier.It gathers a large amount of health and medical information.It provides knowledge sharing,health education,expert consultation and member exchange.This innovative model shortens the distance between the public and medical resources and becomes an important way for people to obtain health-related information.However,user participation is the key to the development of online health communities.It not only truly reflects users’ needs,use experience and behavior changes,but also exposes the advantages and disadvantages of community management and services.Therefore,research on online health communities from the perspective of user participation can directly help online health communities to recognize deficiencies and optimize management.Promote its sustainable development.Therefore,this paper will mainly address the following questions: What are the types of user participation behaviors in online health communities? How do different types of participation change dynamically? And what are the key factors that motivate users to contribute knowledge?Based on the theory and method of information behavior field in information science,this paper analyzes the evolution of user participation behavior in online health community from the perspective of system.The specific research process is as follows: Firstly,data collection is mainly conducted through in-depth interviews to dig the real experience of users.Secondly,the three-level coding of grounded theory was used to extract and classify the influencing factors and behavior transformation of user participation behaviors,and a conceptual model of the dynamic evolution mechanism of user participation behaviors in online health communities was constructed.Then,the system dynamics was used to simulate and analyze the user participation behavior,draw the causal loop diagram and the stock flow diagram of different user participation behaviors,construct the dynamic evolution mechanism of user participation behavior,simulate the real online health community system,so as to understand the dynamic change of user participation behavior and identify the key factors of the evolution of user participation behavior.Finally,through the multi-scenario simulation of system dynamics,the change of user participation behavior under different conditions was explored,and the influence of different key factors on community development was discussed.In this paper,user participation behaviors in online health communities are divided into diving behaviors,shallow contribution behaviors and deep contribution behaviors.The psychological changes and dynamic processes of users are reflected through the performance states of actual behaviors like,forward,comment and creation at different stages,and then the hierarchical evolution mechanism of users among different behaviors is explored.Construct the dynamic evolution mechanism of user participation behavior in online health community.The research focus of this paper is to dig deep into the psychological changes of users through in-depth interviews,analyze the changes of user behavior through psychological changes,and clarify the relationship between different behaviors of users and the transformation process.The research difficulty lies in the construction of the system model of user participation behavior,which not only requires relatively appropriate variable estimates,but also needs to constantly modify the model to fully show the transformation of the relationship between variables.The results show that the user participation behavior can be divided into diving behavior,shallow contribution behavior and deep contribution behavior.In the life cycle,the number of deep contributors is about half of that of shallow contributors.At the same time,the results show that users are mainly affected by community quality,privacy security,user community relationship,feedback timeliness and reward mechanism in the process of different participation behaviors.Community managers should take different measures according to different stages of participation,so as to promote the transformation of users and realize the sustainable development of the community.
