User Profiles Construction And Social Network Analysis Of Users In Online Health Community

In recent decades,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for health management is increasing.Coupled with the superposition of factors such as population aging,the contradiction between the development of medical and health undertakings and the people’s demand for medical services has become increasingly prominent.With the development of Web2.0 technology,the "Internet plus medical" mode has been widely applied and has eased the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical resources,and promoted the change of people’s health concept.Among them,as an important part of internet medicine,the online health community has become important tools and means for people to realize self-health management.In this context,by studying the participation characteristics of online health community users,we can better promote the development of online health communities and attract more people to actively participate in it.In recent years,the academic community has made beneficial exploration on the user characteristics,information needs,and participation behavior of the online health community.Due to the challenges brought by data structure to analysis and processing,it is often difficult for traditional user feature analysis methods to accurately describe user features.In addition,because users participate in the communication and interaction in online health communities,complex social networks will be formed.Nevertheless,the social network methods used in most relevant studies are difficult to find the characteristics of user’s interaction behavior and reveal the interaction mechanism between users at a deep level.So this study proposes to apply the user profile technology to the user feature analysis of the online health community,realize the accurate description of user features by constructing user profile,further analyze the user’s social network behavior.By constructing exponential random graph models,this paper deeply analyzes the key influencing factors of the formation of social network relationships in online health communities,and further reveal the impact of user’s attribute characteristics on their social behavior.It includes two parts:(1)Construction and analysis of user profiles of the online health community.With the help of user profile technologies such as the theme model,emotional tendency analysis and influence analysis,the user characteristics are described from the three dimensions of interest preference,emotional expression and online influence,and the differences between users of different gender and age are compared through the statistical test.The results show that user’s interests can be divided into six categories: disease discussion,drug treatment,emotional communication,social networking,resource sharing and off topic topics.There are obvious differences in user’s interests between different gender and age groups.Users are generally more inclined to express positive emotions,and this tendency is more obvious for women and older users.The online influence of users is more in line with the power-law distribution,and the positive influence and overall influence of older users are greater.(2)Social network construction of online health community users and its influencing factors.Based on the rich user characteristics obtained from user profiles,this paper explores the relationship between user characteristics and social behavior,uses the exponential random graph model to analyze the impact of network self-organization and individual attributes on the formation of social relations,and discusses the differences of these influencing factors under different social contexts.The results show that there are reciprocal social relationships in online health communities,and individual attributes also have an impact on social behavior.Men are more active in connecting with others,women are more likely to receive attention,and older people are more likely to connect with others.People who are concerned by others are more likely to actively contact others,people who are willing to help others are also more likely to be concerned by others,new users and people with great influence are more likely to contact others,people with negative emotions are more concerned,and people with positive emotions are more positive.In addition,the influencing factors of the formation of social relations under different topics are different.There is no significant difference in the attention of users of different genders in the resource sharing network.People with positive emotions in social topics receive more attention.People with negative emotions in drug topics will be more active in social contact with others,and old users will be more concerned than new users.This paper aims to study the user profile of online health community and analyze its social behavior,enrich the research of online health community,and provide new ideas for in-depth discussion of the influencing factors of user behavior.Meanwhile,this research also provide help for the public to better participate in online health communities,and community managers to better understand user needs and improve service levels.
