The rapid development of blockchain technology has moved from the stage of theoretical experimental exploration to the stage of application implementation,while bringing about application services with blockchain characteristics,including supply chain finance,credit management,ownership management,traceability management,crowdfunding management,etc.The traditional medical crowdfunding field has a series of problems such as opaque flow of funds,lack of credibility,easy to tamper with data,and prone to fraudulent and fraudulent donations.In addition,traditional medical crowdfunding platforms also have the problem of privacy data leakage,resulting in low security and poor usability of the platform.To address the above problems,blockchain is empowered to the medical crowdfunding field,and a medical crowdfunding platform based on federated blockchain is designed and implemented,which effectively solves the problems of traditional medical crowdfunding platforms.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)To address the problem of securely sharing data among multiple alliance chain organizations,this article proposes a federation chain auditable private data sharing scheme(BC-FAME)based on Fast Attribute Based Message Encryption(FAME).BC-FAME uses a fast attribute message encryption algorithm,and through a dynamic revocation mechanism,it can quickly build fine-grained access control rules based on the user’s Token attribute to achieve fine-grained access control of data.In addition,considering the complex data fields involved in data storage,BC-FAME has designed a data storage index table structure for data access and sharing between users and uses smart contracts to ensure stable operation.Finally,a file transfer performance test,throughput,and latency test were conducted on BC-FAME,and the results showed that the scheme can effectively ensure data sharing.(2)In response to the problems of irregular management of medical crowdfunding scheme,non-transparent fund flow and easy fraud,this article proposes a hospital-centric medical crowdfunding scheme based on the coalition chain.First,the scheme utilizes the traceability and tamper-evident nature of blockchain and designs four participant algorithms to ensure the transparency and reliability of the scheme.Secondly,the scheme was tested for throughput and latency under different influencing factors through a total of three tests: consensus algorithm performance test,blockchain block-out time performance test,and block maximum transaction number performance test,which facilitated deployment and implementation.Finally,the scheme is deployed in single-computer multi-node and multi-computer multi-node environments respectively,and the throughput and latency under different environments are tested to verify the scalability of the scheme.(3)This article combines the BC-FAME scheme and the hospital-centric medical crowdfunding scheme based on alliance chain,using Spring Boot,Thymeleaf and Hyperledger Fabric technologies,to design and implement a medical crowdfunding platform based on alliance blockchain,which can realize the secure sharing of medical crowdfunding information in a multi-organization alliance chain environment and achieve the The platform can achieve the goal of fine-grained access control of data,guarantee the access control authority of platform participants,improve the credibility of the platform,meet the basic needs of medical crowdfunding,and contribute to the healthy development of the medical crowdfunding industry.
