In 2013,in order to solve the problem of "difficulty in seeing a doctor and difficulty in seeking medical treatment",my country proposed a medical consortium and related policies,and vigorously promoted the development of regional medical models.The medical consortium is the abbreviation of regional medical consortium,which is composed of tertiary hospitals,secondary hospitals and community hospitals in the same area.The original intention of the Medical Consortium was to solve the problem of difficult patient consultation.Patients do not need to be squeezed into tertiary hospitals,and can be solved in community hospitals.By consolidating and rationally distributing medical resources in the same area to various medical institutions,the Medical Federation realizes information exchange,resource sharing,and win-win benefits among medical institutions,fully exerts the role of primary hospitals,facilitates patients to seek medical treatment,and promotes regional medical development.However,in the face of the trend of medical informatization,the informatization of medical consortium has encountered a bottleneck.In the medical union,there is no information system that can share information between medical institutions,and the data information standards between hospitals are not uniform and cannot be shared.These problems will affect the normal operation of the medical union,and unified management is difficult.Moreover,for the large platform of the medical consortium,a large amount of data needs to be processed every day.The traditional centralized system architecture can no longer guarantee the stable operation of the system.These problems have brought great challenges to the development of the medical consortium.Blockchain technology is considered to be another disruptive technology after the Internet.It has the characteristics of shared ledger,non-tampering,and decentralization.At present,China is vigorously promoting the "block chain +" information development model to promote the integration of blockchain into various industries,but there are very few examples of the integration of blockchain into the medical industry.There is no precedent for the application of the chain technology to the medical consortium.According to the characteristics of the blockchain,such as open and transparent sharing of ledgers,it can be widely applied to the medical consortium scenario.This paper analyzes the advantages and existing problems of the medical consortium in my country by studying the medical consortium.In order to solve the key issues such as information sharing in the development of China’s medical consortium,the blockchain technology is applied to the medical consortium for the first time,a medical consortium information system architecture based on the Hyperledger Fabric consortium chain is proposed,and a Hyperledger Fabric-based The alliance medical information system of the alliance chain,which uses the features of blockchain decentralization,shared ledger,traceability,etc.,to realize the information sharing of various medical institutions in the medical alliance block chain,and use smart contracts to simplify the process,The reduction of risks proves the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to the medical consortium,with a view to providing a reference for the informationization of the medical industry and the development of the medical consortium.
