| Purpose:Objective to explore the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Tongluo method in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Through clinical observation of patients with thyroid nodules(TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals type)before and after treatment,the reduction of the maximum diameter of the maximum cross section of thyroid nodules,the changes of the number of nodules,TCM syndrome score,and other safety indicators,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanjie Tongluo method in the treatment of thyroid nodules.It provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:80 patients with cystic and solid thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals were selected from the endocrine clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the principle of random control,80 patients with cystic and solid thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals were divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40cases).The control group received lifestyle intervention and was dynamically observed for 8weeks.On the basis of lifestyle intervention,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Sanjie Tongluo orally.Four weeks was a course of treatment,and the course of treatment was two consecutive courses of treatment for 8 weeks.The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,the number of nodules,the curative effect index of TCM syndrome score and other safety indexes of the two groups were accurately recorded before and after observation.The obtained data are used in SPSS.26 0 statistical software for statistical analysis to explore the clinical effect of Sanjie Tongluo method on patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals of thyroid nodules.Results:In this study,there were no shedding and exclusion cases,and a total of 80 cases were included.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,nail function and antibody(P > 0.05).The final results of this clinical observation are as follows:1.The effect of reducing the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules: the effective rate of reducing nodules in the treatment group was 72.50% and that in the control group was 20%.The maximum diameter of thyroid nodule in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the previous group(P < 0.01);There was no significant change in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The reduction of the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of the number of thyroid nodules: the number of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was slightly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant change in the number of nodules in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The reduction of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was also better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Curative effect of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was reduced by 92.5% and that in the control group was 17.5%.Comparing the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly reduced before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.4.Safety indicators: the results of thyroid function,antibody titer,liver and kidney function,blood routine and urine routine examination were normal before and after treatment.During the observation period,there was no gastrointestinal irritation,allergy and other adverse reactions,and there were no patients who withdrew due to adverse reactions.Conclusion:Through preliminary clinical research and observation,it is concluded that Sanjie Tongluo method has significant curative effects in reducing the size of thyroid nodules,reducing the number of nodules and improving the clinical symptoms of patients with nodules.It is an effective way to treat thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals.At the same time,it has high safety and reliability and is suitable for clinical promotion. |
