| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for the further promotion of heat-sensitive moxibustion in clinic,by comparing the efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion and traditional suspended moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis,Material and method : According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with wind-cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of ordinary acupuncture, and the control group was treated with traditional suspended moxibustion on the basis of ordinary acupuncture. The treatment time of both groups was once every other day and 3 times a week for 4 weeks.Patients in the two groups were treated with the same general data.By comparing the shoulder function(Constant-Murley)score before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two treatments in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness scapulohumeral periarthritis was evaluated in order to provide basis for clinical application research.Results:1.There was no significant difference in basic data,Constant-Murley score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.In terms of Constant-Murley score, the average scores of the two groups were increased, and the symptoms could be improved, and the Constant-Murley score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was86.67%;The results showed that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and acupuncture combined with traditional suspended moxibustion can be used to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness type, and the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-damp scapulohumeral periarthritis is better than that of acupuncture combined with traditional suspended moxibustion, which is worth further popularizing and applying in clinic. |
