| Purpose: To systematically sort out and integrate the research hotspots and development trends in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevention and treatment of SAP by drawing the knowledge map of research literature based on the Cite Space software,and discuss the active components,effective targets and potential mechanism of compound danshen dripping pills which is an advantageous prescription for the treatment of SAP based on network pharmacology,in order to provide theoretical support for the modernization of TCM in the prevention and treatment of SAP.Material and method: CNKI was used as the literature data source to retrieve the literature of Chinese academic journals of TCM in the prevention and treatment of SAP from the establishment of the database to November 30,2021,and Cite Space 5.8.R3 software summarized the time distribution of literature,the source of journals,high-frequency cited literature,the cooperation network between authors and research institutions and keyword visual analysis,and drew the relevant knowledge map.TCMSP database was used to retrieve the active components and effective targets of compound danshen dripping pills,SAP disease targets were obtained by retrieving Gene Cards and CTD databases,and the core targets of compound danshen dripping pills-SAP were selected with Venny off-line and network topology analysis plug-in plug-in Cyto NCA.The PPI network was constructed with STRING database online platform and Cytoscape 3.9.0 software to construct the regulation network of "disease-drug-active component-core target",and use Omic Share cooperate with R 3.6.1 for GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the core target of compound danshen dripping pills-SAP.Results:1.The number of research documents in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of SAP shows a fluctuating upward trend as a whole.The journals containing articles are mainly core journals,the literature level is good,and there is still room for further improvement.2.The research in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of SAP has not yet formed a widely connected author cooperation network,with lack of core researchers and loose structure as a whole.The front positions of research institutions are mainly concentrated in the university and affiliated hospitals.The cooperation among research institutions is close,but there is less inter agency and inter regional cooperation.In the future,we should increase the communication of research results,strengthen talent exchange and regional cooperation,form a multi center close cooperation network,and build a diversified and accurate research context.3.The hot research contents in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of SAP mainly include treatment methods,clinical efficacy,syndrome differentiation and quantitative physical and chemical indicators.Syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy have always been the focus and research focus of researchers.In the future,we should standardize randomized controlled trials,prevent complications This paper discusses the enrichment of technical means and the research on the basic mechanism of TCM prevention and treatment of SAP,so as to provide theoretical support for promoting the modernization and internationalization of TCM.4.68 active components and 251 effective targets of compound danshen dripping pills,and2259 disease targets of SAP were obtained through network pharmacological analysis.65 core targets of compound danshen dripping pills-SAP were screened by network topology analysis plug-in plug-in Cyto NCA.5.Through the construction of PPI network and "disease-drug-active component-core target" regulation network,we can know the key active components include quercetin,luteolin,beta-sitosterol,salvianolic acid,asiatic acid and the key core targets include AKT1,TP53,JUN,HSP90AA1,EGFR,STAT3,TNF,CASP3.6.Through GO function enrichment analysis of core targets,it is obtained that the functional channels of compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of SAP mainly include regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity,response to oxidative stress,response to steroid hormone,cytokine receptor binding,steroid hormone receptor activity,nuclear hormone receptor binding,transcription factor complex and nuclear chromatin.7.Through KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the core targets,it is obtained that the pathway channels of compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of SAP mainly includes fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,TNF signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,Th17 cell differentiation and thyroid hormone signaling pathway.Conclusion:1.The overall volume of research documents in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of SAP shows a fluctuating upward trend.The journals containing articles are mainly core journals,but the connected author cooperation network has not been formed.The frontier positions of research institutions are mainly concentrated in the university and affiliated hospitals.The cooperation among research institutions is relatively close,but there is less inter agency and inter regional cooperation,The interaction between researchers and research institutions is poor.At the same time,the prevention and treatment of SAP with TCM is a research hotspot and research trend in this field.2.The key active components of compound danshen dripping pills treatment of SAP include beta-sitosterol,quercetin,luteolin,asiatic acid,salvianolic acid and the key core targets of compound danshen dripping pills prevention and treatment of SAP include AKT1,TP53,JUN,HSP90AA1.The functional channels mainly include response to oxidative stress,cytokine receptor binding,steroid hormone receptor activity and transcription factor complex.The pathway channels mainly includes fluid shear stress,TNF signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway and thyroid hormone signaling pathway.Compound danshen dripping pills have the characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target effect in the treatment of SAP.It preliminarily reveals the biological process and signaling pathway involved in the core target,so as to provide reference and basis for follow-up research. |
