Research On The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Postpartum Arthritis Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Through data mining on the general situation and prescription of 114 patients with clinical Postpartum Arthromyodynia,the characteristics of patients with clinical postpartum arthralgia were analyzed,and the medication rule of treating Postpartum Arthromyodynia with traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed,so as to provide reliable basis for clinical medication in the future.Material and method:Collect the cases of postpartum paralysis outpatients in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021,select the eligible cases according to the acceptance criteria,and establish a database.Using Microsoft Office Excel2010 software,the age,delivery mode,morbidity factors,morbidity characteristics,lactation,the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription,the frequency and frequency of sex,taste and menstruation,and drug classification of patients were analyzed.Systematic cluster analysis of commonly used drugs in prescriptions was carried out by using IBM SPSS Statistics26.0 statistical software.Using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software,Apriori algorithm was selected to analyze the association rules of prescription traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.A total of 114 cases were collected,with an average age of 36.46 5.77(P < 0.05).Normal delivery(51)is the most common mode of delivery.Pathogenic factors are exogenous pathogens(37).Characteristics of the disease Upper limb joint pain(34)is the most.2.A total of 105 prescriptions were collected,and 173 drugs were used,with a total frequency of 2,170 times.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Poria cocos and Rhizoma Chuanxiong.There were 173 occurrences of drugs,mainly warm(slightly warm),mild and cold(slightly cold),with the cumulative frequency of 89.05%;There were 275 drug tastes,mainly sweet(slightly sweet),pungent and bitter(slightly bitter),with the cumulative frequency of 85.82%.The meridian tropism appeared 501 times,mainly liver meridian(89),involving spleen,lung,stomach and kidney meridians.There are 17 categories of traditional Chinese medicines,mainly tonics(618)and rheumatism(299),with a cumulative frequency of 42.26%.3.There are 6 groups in the cluster medicine group and 2 cluster prescriptions.The core prescription is the addition and subtraction of Shiquan Dabu Decoction and Wuling powder.The specific drugs include Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Alisma orientalis,Polyporus umbellatus,Poria cocos,Fangfeng,Phellodendron chinense,white peony,earthworm,Cinnamon Twig,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rehmannia glutinosa,cinnamon,Ligusticum chuanxiong,turmeric,papaya and mulberry twig.4.There are 107 related items,including 26 items in two items,57 items in three items and 24 items in four items.The best compatibility is Astragalus membranaceus-Fangfeng-white peony,Poria cocos-Alisma orientalis.5.The related classical prescriptions include Shiquan Dabu Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Siwu Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Wuling Powder and Danggui Buxue Decoction.6.Pathogenesis is based on qi deficiency and blood deficiency,and marked by wind,cold,dampness and heat toxin.The treatment method includes invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation,activating qi,invigorating yang,invigorating qi,invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,nourishing liver and kidney,eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis,reducing swelling and relieving pain,dispelling pathogenic wind,activating collaterals and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:1.The pathogenesis of postpartum arthralgia is mainly based on qi deficiency and blood deficiency,and marked by wind,cold,dampness and heat toxin.2.The treatment of postpartum arthralgia is mainly to invigorate qi and generate blood,supplemented by eliminating pathogenic factors and dredging collaterals to relieve pain.3.The core Chinese medicines for treating postpartum arthralgia are Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Poria and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong.4.The core prescription for treating postpartum arthralgia is Shiquan Dabu Decoction and Wuling Powder.
