Research On Professor Guo Zhenwu's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Through the use of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform software,the clinical medication law of Professor Guo Zhenwu in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is analyzed,and the medication law of Professor Guo Zhenwu in the treatment of COPD is summarized,so as to promote the inheritaace and development of the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors.Material and method:Collected 133 medical records of 70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by Professor Guo Zhenwu,a total of 133 prescriptions,containing 95 Chinese medicines,entered into the EXCEL form that comes with the software,and used the corres-ponding module in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform to compare the prescribed Chinese medicines Use frequency,four natures of drugs,five flavors,return meridian,efficacy and association rules among drugs to analyze,and use this to summarize the drug rule of Professor Guo Zhenwu in the treatment of COPD.Results:1.According to the statistics of clinical symptoms and tongue and pulse,the main symptoms are cough,shortness of breath,chest tightness,fatigue,poor sleep soundness,white sputum,general discomfort,sticky white sputum,yellow sputum,and loose stools.Among them,cough,shortness of breath,chest tightness are more common.see.Red tongue,dark red tongue,and dark tongue are the most common.The most common tongue is white fur,thin yellow fur,and little fur.The most common pulse is heavy pulse,heavy pulse,and slippery pulse.The top ten Chinese medicines with frequency of medicines are:licorice,divine song,gastrodia elata,malt,hawthorn,Lysimachia,ginkgo,honeysuckle,Baiqian,wild jujube seed and Licorice.2.The top ten Chinese medicines with frequency of medicines are:licorice,gastrodia,malt,divine song,hawthorn,wild jujube seed,lysimachia,ginkgo,honeysuckle,and Baiqian.Five groups of drug combinations are obtained by cluster analysis.3.Statistics on the four natures of drugs in the data show that the majority of drugs are mild,mild,and cold;the statistics of the five flavors of drugs show that the majority of sweet,bitter,and pungent flavors;the statistics of drug return indicate that the lung,liver,and stomach channels are mostly;Efficacy statistics show that most of the phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving,anti-asthmatic,diarrhea,heat-clearing,and tonic types.4.Obtain five groups of drug combinations through cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.In the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease>Professor Guo Zhenwu takes the lung,liver,and stomach as the entry pointy and he prefers cold medicines for clinical use.2.The core medicines are honeysuckle,Baiqian,ginkgo,Lysimachia,Gastrodia,wild jujube seed,hawthorn,Shenqu,and malt,forming a medicine pattern that promotes lowering lung qi,suppresses liver wood,and strengthens the spleen and stomach.3 The obtained five sets of combinations are consistent with clinical reality.
