Study On The Drug Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Hypertension With Anxiet

Purpose: In this study,data mining technology was used to analyze and summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension with anxiety,to provide some theoretical and practical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this kind of clinical diseases.Materials and methods: To collect CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,and Outpatient department of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension with anxiety from traditional Chinese medicine compound,proprietary Chinese medicine,according to the collected into,exclusion criteria on the combination of traditional Chinese medicines and proprietary Chinese medicine screening,and the results of screening shall be carried out in accordance with the standard specification.Finally,the data of traditional Chinese medicine obtained after sorting were transformed into data input database,and software such as WPS Excel,SPSS and SPSS Modeler were used to make statistics and analysis of the data in the database,and the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating "hypertension accompanied by anxiety" were discussed and summarized.Results: A total of 93 literatures and outpatient cases were included in this study,involving101 prescriptions,involving a total of 160 traditional Chinese medicines,and the cumulative frequency of drug use was 3021 times.High-frequency drugs were used with frequency ≥15times,and their common functions were tonifying deficiency,calming nerves,clearing heat,calming liver and calming wind,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Cold,flat,warm as the main medicinal properties,sweet,bitter,spicy as the main medicinal flavor and supplemented by sour,mainly into the liver,heart,lung,spleen meridian.Association rule analysis showed that Gastrodia elata and Uncaria sinensis were the most common drug pairs,and radix paeoniae alba,Bupleurum and glycyrrhiza were the most common drug pairs.Two new prescriptions were obtained by optimal cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.The drugs used to treat hypertension with anxiety mainly include sweet,bitter and spicy taste,supplemented by sour taste,which mainly enters the liver,heart,lung and spleen meridian.2.The core drugs for treating hypertension and anxiety are Poria cocos,Paeonia alba,Bupleurum,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Uncaria uncaria,licorice,Gastrodia elata,Polygonum multiflorum,Atractylodes atractylodis,Angelica,Scutellaria baicalensis and jujube seed.3.The most commonly used antihypertensive drugs associated with anxiety are Gastrodia elata-Uncaria,Poria cocos-Atractylodes atractylodes,Oyster-Keel,and radix paeoniae alba,Bupleurum,and licorice.4.Cluster analysis was used to obtain two commonly used prescriptions for treating hypertension with anxiety,which were composed of TIANMA GOUTENG DECOCTION and XIAOYAO SAN respectively.According to the formula,hypertension accompanied by anxiety is often witnessed as liver Yang hyperactivity,heart fire hyperactivity and liver depression,spleen deficiency,heart displacement and nourishing.
