Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Treating Children's Tic Disorder (Yin Deficiency And Wind Movement Syndrome) From The Perspective Of Live

Purpose:By observing the clinical curative effect of Pediatric Agreement Decoction in treating children’s tic disorder(Yin deficiency and wind-dynamism syndrome),the diagnosis and treatment plan and prescription for treating children’s tic disorder from the perspective of the liver are discussed to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: All cases in this study were obtained from 40 children diagnosed with tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome)from September 1,2019 to September 1,2021 in the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were treated with Pediatric Agreement Decoction respectively.In this study,the Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and the Tic Disorder TCM Syndrome Scale were used to collect the information of the children before and after treatment,and the clinical observation table of the children was made,and the information was recorded in the table.Take self before and after comparison,by comparing the improvement of symptoms and signs in children with tic disorder before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Pediatric Agreement Decoction and Modified Prescription in the treatment of children with tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome)was evaluated.4 weeks is a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment.After completion of treatment,the clinically recovered children in the disease efficacy evaluation were followed up for 3 months and 6 months.Results:1.The types,frequency,intensity,complexity and interference of motor tics and vocal tics in children before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There is a significant difference between the course of the disease and the curative effect of the disease.3.There were significant differences in YGTSS scores and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in children with tic disorders.4.The total effective rate of Wenjing Decoction Jiawei Fang in treating children’s tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome)is 92.5%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 97.5%.Conclusion:1.Pediatric Agreement Decoction Modified Recipe has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with tic disorder(Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome),with high safety and no adverse events.2.The shorter the course of the disease in children,the better the clinical effect of Pediatric Agreement Decoction Modified Prescription in the treatment of children with tic disorder(Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome).3.Pediatric Agreement Decoction Modified Prescription can improve both motor tics and vocal tics in children.4.Pediatric Agreement Decoction Modified Prescription has significant curative effect in improving TCM syndromes in children.5.The treatment of tic disorder in children from the liver is in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
