At present, the treatment of this disease is t he lack of an ideal drug, positive research of Chinese medicine in the tr eatment of pediatric exogenous feverhas become an important topic in exog enous field. Professor Ji Xunchao has been engaged in clinical work for s everal decades, in practice has accumulated rich experience in the treatm ent of exogenous fever, party to theeffect of Chaige jieji Decoction in t he treatment of pediatric exogenous fever, its efficacy has been initially sure family members of patients. Clinical study ofthis study were self-m ade Chaige jieji Decoction in treating exopathic fever in children by usi ng randomized controlled methods, effect analysis of laboratory indexes-the blood to observe its clinical curative effect and treatmentthroug h observation, to explore the therapeutic mechanism, for the promotion o f Chaige jieji Decoction in clinical practice to provide a more reliabl e basis, improve the cure rate in children exogenous fever clinic.Method.40cases of pediatric exogenous wind heat syndrome in children with primar y, random, were divided into treatment group and control group,20cases i n the treatment group, the "effect of Chaige jieji Decoction" in the trea tment of;20cases in the control group, the "Ibuprofen Suspension" treat ment. The course of treatment was3days, analysis of two groups of curat ive effect evaluation.The results:1the treatment group and the control group in the total number of WBC blood analysis before and after treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, the percentage of NEU, the percentage of LYM showed significant differences, after treatment than before treatment were decreased. Comparison between groups, between the two groups before and after treatment, NEU, LYM were no significant differences in percentage.2in the treatment group the total effective rate was100%, more than65%of control group; the treatment group syndrome total score lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Especially in the fever, improve the symptomssignificantly better than the control group, and no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Effect of Chaige jieji decoction has a good therapeutic effect on fever i n children wind heat syndrome, can obviously improve the symptoms, such ascough, runny nose, pharynx red race. But in improving the blood analysi s, the difference was statistically significant.
