Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Menstrual Headache (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Auricular Acupoint Pressin

objective:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with auricular point pressing bean was used to treat patients with meridian headache(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),so as to improve their clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of meridian headache patients.Materials and methods:60 cases of headache with Qi and blood are blocked were Non-human sharing reference group and treatment group.There were 30 cases in the reference group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The patients in thereference group were given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction orally 7-10 days before menstruation for 14 consecutive days,and the course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.The VAS score of headache,the area of headache curve descending,The headache duration,TCM syndrome score and anxiety self-rating scale score were observed before and after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal.Statistical software analysis and comparison.results:1.Analysis of basic data: there were no computational a big gap in age,visual simulation score of headache before treatment,headache curve area,headache time,TCM syndrome score and anxiety self-rating scale between reference group and experimental group(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Efficacy analysis:(1)Visual simulation score: There were computational a big gap between experimental group and reference group after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment,between the two groups was computational gap(P < 0.01).following it for a while,the difference between the two groups was computational gap(P < 0.01).(2)Headache curve decline area: There were a big gap between the reference group and experimental group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and there were a big gap between experimental group and reference group after treatment(P < 0.01).Keep following it for a while,there was a big gap between the two groups(P < 0.01).(3)Headache time: There were a big gap between the reference group and experimental group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and there were a big gap between experimental group and reference group after treatment(P < 0.01).Keep following it for a while,there was a big gap between the two groups(P < 0.01).(4)TCM syndrome score: There were a big gap between the reference group and experimental group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and there were a big gap between experimental group and reference group after treatment(P < 0.01).Keep following it for a while,there was a big gap between the two groups(P < 0.01).(5)There were a big gap between the reference group and experimental group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and there were a big gap between experimental group and reference group after treatment(P < 0.01).Keep following it for a while,there was a big gap between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.Effectiveness analysis(1)Evaluation criteria for visual simulation score of headache: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66%,and that of the reference group was 76.66%.There was a big gap between the two groups(P < 0.05),and there was a computational gap.(2)Analysis of TCM syndrome effectiveness: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the reference group was 73.33%.There was a big gap between the groups(P < 0.05).4.Safety analysis: the drug safety of the two groups was good,and there were no adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:Compared with the simple oral Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,the combination of ear points in the treatment of meridian headache(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)has better curative effect and good safety in pain scale score,TCM syndrome score,self rating Anxiety Scale score and total effective rate of TCM.
