Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Menstrual Headache Caused Byqi-stagnation And Blood-stasis With Combination Of Thumb-tack Auricular Acupuncture And Xuefuzhuyu Pill

Objective: In this paper,the combination of thumb-tack auricular acupuncture and xuefuzhuyu pill was used to treat the menstrual headache with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type.Methods: The study included 64 patients with qi-stagnation and b lood-stasis type menstrual headache who fit the criteria were ra ndomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,ea ch with 32 cases.The treatment group was treated with thumb-tack auricular acupuncture combined with xufuzhuyu pill,and the cont rol group was treated with xuefuzhuyu pill.To observe the improv ement of headache symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes before and after the treatments in the two groups to determine the efficacy.Results:1.Through the observation and analysis of the therapeutic effect of headache,the total effective rate of the 31 cases in the tre atment group was 90.3%,the cure rate was 25.8%,the markedly eff ective rate was 38.7%,the effective rate was 25.8%,and the ineff ective rate was 9.7%.The total effective rate of the 30 cases in the control group was 70%,the cure rate was 13.3%,the markedly effective rate was 23.3%,the effective rate was 40%,and the in effective rate was 23.3%.According to statistical analysis,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group,suggesti ng that the combination of thumb-tack auricular acupuncture and xuefuzhuyu pill was more suitable for the treatment of qi-stagna tion and blood-stasis type menstrual headache.2.Through the observation and analysis of the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of 31 cases in the treatment group was 83.9%,the cure rate was 12.9%,the markedly effective rate was 22.6%,the effective rate was 48.4%,and the ineffective rate was16.1%.The total effective rate of the 30 cases in the control group was 63.3%,the cure rate was 6.67%,the markedly effective rate was10%,the effective rate was 46.7%,and the ineffective efficiency was36.7%.According to statistical analysis,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group,suggesting that the treatment group had more significant effect on improving the TCM syndrome of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type menstrual headache.3.Through the observation and analysis of the recurrence,the rec urrence rate of the treatment groupwas was 7.1% and the recurren ce rate of the control group was 26.1%,suggesting that the longterm curative effect of the combination therapy of thumb-tack au ricular acupuncture and xuefuzhuyu pill is better for the treatm ent of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type menstrual headache.Conclusions:1.Thumb-tack auricular acupuncture combined with xuefuzhuyu pill can effectively improve the qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type menstrual headache,significantly reduce the headache before and after the menstrual period,and effectively relieve the symptoms of TCM syndrome,and the long-term curative effect is obvious.2.As a combined method,Thumb-tack auricular acupuncture can stre ngthen and consolidate the curative effect.It is one of the safe and effective methods to treat menstrual headache with qi-stag nation and blood-stasis.
