Purpose: To explore the characteristics of the changes of body and mind of prostate cancer and the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of the unity of body and mind.Materials and methods: In this paper,a retrospective research method was used to select patients from the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(including the inpatient department and the outpatient clinic of Professor Yin Dongfeng)from January 2018 to September 2021.85 patients with prostate cancer.Using Microsoft Excel to establish a database, statistical analysis was carried out on the names, symptoms, signs, physical and chemical examinations, imaging examinations,TNM staging, pathological diagnosis,Western medicine anti-tumor conditions, and use of Chinese herbal pieces of prostate cancer patients who met the criteria for the first and last admissions..To compare the numerical changes of the physical and mental scores and the improvement of symptoms in patients with prostate cancer before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of the unity of nerves and nerves.Patients are divided into tumor-free stage, early stage with tumor(few cancer foci),late stage with tumor(more cancer foci),and hospice care period.Unity, close to relative unity, relative unity. The treatment target decreased from high to low as the down phase, from low to high as the up phase, and no change as the constant phase. The physical and mental scores X ± S before and after treatment were calculated, and the paired t test was used to compare with SPSS 23.0 software.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. At the same time, the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine for treating form, treating both form and spirit, and treating spirit is analyzed.Result:1.A total of 85 patients with prostate cancer were included in this paper, including 29 inpatients and 56 outpatients.Among them, there were 19 cases in the tumor-free stage,48 cases in the early stage group,18 cases in the late stage group, and 0 cases in the hospice stage.2.After treatment, the physical injury score increased by 14 cases,8 cases were hospitalized, and 6 cases were outpatient;the physical injury score decreased by 21 cases,11 cases were inpatient, and 10 cases were outpatient;50 cases were unchanged,10 cases were inpatient, and 40 cases were outpatient.21 cases of Shenshang score increased,8 cases were hospitalized, and 13 cases were outpatient;44 cases were decreased,11 cases were inpatient, and 33 cases were outpatient;3.After treatment,17 cases were downstaged,4 cases were hospitalized, and 13 cases were outpatient;6 cases were upstaged,2 cases were inpatient, and 4 cases were outpatient;62 cases were invariant,23 cases were inpatient, and 39 cases were outpatient.4.After treatment, the scores of nerve injury in the tumor-free stage group, the early stage group with tumor, and the late stage group with tumor were all decreased, and the abnormal symptoms and signs of the patients were improved. The influence on the shape injury is relatively small, mainly relying on the anti-tumor treatment of western medicine.5.The number and frequency of Chinese herbal medicines for both physical and physical therapy in inpatients and outpatients in the tumor-free stage group and the early-stage tumor-bearing group were higher than those in the late-stage tumor-bearing group, and the number and frequency of Chinese medicines for treating the spirit were lower than those in the advanced tumor-bearing group.6.Among the inpatients and outpatients, the changes in the trauma scores of the tumor-free stage group, the early-stage tumor-bearing group, and the late-stage tumor-bearing group were not statistically significant after treatment(p>0.05),while the changes of the neurological injury scores in each group were statistically significant.academic significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.For Shenshang, under the guidance of the theory of unity of body and mind, after oral administration of decoction, the scores of Shenshang in each group were mainly reduced and unchanged, indicating that Chinese herbal decoction is effective in improving symptoms and signs of patients, and has Statistical significance.2.For the shape injury, the influence of the decoction on the shape injury is less relevant, and the shape injury mainly relies on the anti-tumor treatment of western medicine.3.The descending stage and the invariant stage accounted for the main part of the patients in each group after treatment, indicating that the purpose of treatment is to pursue absolute unity of body and spirit, close to unity of body and spirit, and close to relative unity of body and spirit.4.The research shows that the application of traditional Chinese medicine for treating shape, treating both body and mind, and treating mind conforms to the clinical treatment experience, and further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory of the unity of body and mind in clinical application.
