Objective:The purpose of this study is to create a TCM guidance for low back pain(LBP),a common clinical disease,based on the trinity life view of body,Qi and spirit,and according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese qigong,and apply it in clinical practice to provide clinical treatment and rehabilitation for low back pain.A proven method.Method:Theoretical research: Based on the life view of the trinity of body,Qi and spirit,this paper elaborates and deeply analyzes the physiological mechanism of the waist.According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of low back pain,the essence of TCM guidance for strengthening the body and fortify the waist is to use introverted consciousness to achieve the purpose of exercising and regulating the body,Qi,and spirit,and at the same time realize the trinity process.Based on the principles and content,create a set of TCM guidance for strengthening the body and fortify the waist targeted at low back pain.Clinical research: 30 patients were intervened by the 4-week of strengthening the body and fortify the waist guidance method,and compare the ODI index,VAS pain visual analog scale,and SF-36 numerical changes before and after treatment to prove the effectiveness of the exercises.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0,and the data that satisfied the normal distribution were matched before and after.The t-test,the Wilcoxon signed rank sum test was used for data that did not conform to the normal distribution,and the Wilcoxon signed rank sum test was used for graded data.Results:1 Theoretical research results:The article is based on the life concept of the Trinity of Body,Qi,and Spirit,focusing on the pathological changes of the three elements in lumbar pain,Etiological analysis,and treatment of lumbar pain in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern medicine.Explained the operation of TCM’s Guidance method exercises specialized for the disease.Presented in the body of pictures and texts,the compiled exercises are not limited by the place,and can be practiced anytime and anywhere.They can focus on practicing the corresponding movements according to the different conditions of the patients.On the contrary,Wilcoxon signed rank sum test is used,and Wilcoxon signed rank sum test is used for grade data.2 Clinical research:(1)The score before and after the quality of life assessment scale(SF-36),The difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The scores of each sub-item changed before and after the intervention,and there was a statistical significance(p<0.01).It shows that pain patients can improve the quality of life by strengthening the body and fortify the waist guidance method.(2)The Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)was compared before and after treatment,showing that the guidance method for strengthening the body and fortify the waist can relieve and improve the symptoms of lumbar pain.(3)VAS visual analog assessment of pain was compared before and after treatment.The total score decreased,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between before and after treatment.The results showed that the method of strengthening the body and fortify the waist can alleviate the pain.(4)The total effective rate of clinical research is 96%,which shows the effectiveness of the guidance for strengthening the body and fortify the waist.Conclusion: Strengthening the body and fortify the waist is a TCM’s guidance method specially aimed at the etiology and pathogenesis of low back pain.The creation of the exercises conforms to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is worth promoting further.
