| Purpose:In this study, patients with post-stroke hemiplegia from the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects to observe the differences in the efficacy of eye acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia with different needle retention times, and use the observation results to optimize the treatment plan.To provide a basis for guiding clinical priority selection of treatment options.Material and method:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 40-minute eye acupuncture needle retention group(observation group)and eye acupuncture needle retention group for 20 minutes(control group),30 cases in each group. The clinical NDS of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Score,FMA score,ADL score,to evaluate the functional disability classification of post-stroke hemiplegia patients.By comparing the results recorded before and after the two groups, the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture with different needle retention time in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia was evaluated.Results:1.Scale score: The NDS score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, while the ADL and FMA scores increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups of treatment could improve neurological deficits and daily life.Compared with the two groups after treatment, the NDS score of the observation group decreased more obviously, and the ADL and FMA scores increased more obviously, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group could significantly improve the post-stroke hemiplegia patients.Clinical neurological deficit, daily life and limb motor function, the curative effect was better than the control group.2.Efficacy evaluation: The effective rates of the two groups were similar, the significant improvement rate of the control group was 36.67%,and the significant improvement rate of the observation group was 63.33%,which was higher than that of the control group.3.Evaluation of the safety of the treatment method: Acupuncture adverse reactions, adverse drug reactions, and laboratory routine abnormal indicators were used as the inspection indicators during the treatment process, and there were no obvious abnormalities.Accordingly, the two treatment methods used in the study are safe and effective,in order to establish and improve the safety system for the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia patients. Conclusion:Eye acupuncture is effective in treating post-stroke hemiplegia. In terms of needle retention time, eye acupuncture retention for 40 minutes is more effective than needle retention for 20minutes.Appropriately increase the retention time of eye acupuncture, and increase the amount of treatment at the same frequency and course of treatment for post-stroke hemiplegia. The patient is of active treatment significance. |
