Research On TCM Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome Based On Data Minin

Purpose:By collecting cases and TCM prescriptions of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome(p SS)in the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past 5 years,aiming at exploring the rules of syndrome and treatment of p SS,in order to provide ideas for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of p SS,and further improve clinical efficacy.Material and method : Collect the cases and TCM prescriptions of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome(p SS)from the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(August 1,2016 to July 31,2021),and screen cases according to the admission and exclusion criteria.WPS Office Excel2016 was used for prescription entry and database establishment.Analyse the frequency of basic information,four gas,five flavors,channel tropism and drug categories.SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for data mining,clustering and association rules of drug compatibility rules,and statistical and cluster analysis of drug frequencies of different syndrome types,case data were summarized,distribution characteristics of syndrome types and basic prescriptions were concluded.,to explore the rules of syndrome and treatment.Results:1.A total of 136 cases were collected in this study,with a male to female ratio of 1:26.2.Most cases occurred in 51-70 years old,accounting for 72.07%.2.The distribution of syndrome types(in order of frequency): Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(35.30%)> Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(27.21%)> Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(22.80%)> Yin deficiency and heat toxin syndrome(8.08%)>dryness invading the lung syndrome(6.61%).3.Results of frequency statistics: This study collected a total of 226 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,involving a total of 243 Chinese medicines.In the statistics of drug categories,the top three were tonic drugs(1620 times),heat-clearing drugs(749 times),and blood circulation and removing stasis drugs(303 times).In the Four gas statistics,cold drugs4.are used most frequently.In the statistics of five flavors,sweet,bitter and pungent medicines are used the most.In the channel tropism statistics,the top three are Lung Meridian,Liver Meridian and Spleen Meridian in order.5.Cluster analysis results: cluster analysis of 32 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 40 times,and finally clustered into 5 categories.category 1:Achyranthes,Honeysuckle,Dendrobium;category 2: Ligusticum Wallichii,Rhizoma Cyperi;Category 3: Atractylodes Macrocephala,Schisandra,Poria,Codonopsis,Angelica,Tangerine Peel;Category 4: Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Anemarrhena;Category 5: Radices Trichosanthis,Pueraria Lobata,Oyster,Chinese Yam,Dogwood,Rehmannia Glutinosa,Scrophulariaceae,Red Peony Root,Peony Peel,Radix Curcumae,Radix Glehniae,the fruit of Chinese Wolfberry,Ophiopogon Japonicus.5.Association analysis results: The association rule analysis of 243 traditional Chinese medicines shows that the drug pairs with higher confidence in the second-order association combination are mainly Ophiopogon Japonicus + Scrophulariaceae,Ophiopogon Japonicus +Rhizoma Cyperi and Ophiopogon Japonicus + Schisandra;in the third-order association combination,duplicate drug combinations are excluded,select the drug combination of Angelica + Chinese Yam + Poria;in the fourth-order association combination,excluding duplicate drug combinations,select the drug combination Liquorice + Schisandra+Poria +Atractylodes Macrocephala.6.The statistical results of the frequency of common syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine: Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome: Use Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Shengmai Powder to add or subtract.Commonly used drugs are: Tangerine Peel,Angelica,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Schisandra;Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome:Use Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pills and Yiguan decoction to add or subtract.Commonly used drugs are:Ophiopogon Japonicus,Radix Glehniae,Angelica,Chinaberry fruit,Radix Rehmannia Praeparata,Dogwood;Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome: Use Taohong Siwu Decoction and Zengye Decoction to add or subtract,commonly used drugs are:Angelica,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Rehmannia Glutinosa,White peony root,Safflower,Ligusticum Wallichii,Peach kernel.Conclusion:1.p SS is a syndrome of a mixture of deficiency and excess.It is based on deficiency.Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,body fluid deficiency are common,and blood deficiency is often accompanied;dryness,blood stasis,toxin and other real evils are the symptoms.2.In the treatment,the main method is tonic,especially for nourishing qi and yin.Tonic medicine is commonly used,and it is compatible with heat-clearing drugs and blood circulation and removing stasis drugs and so on.3.The rules of syndrome and treatment: Qi and Yin deficiency syndromes,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Shengmai Powder addition and subtraction are often used to nourish qi and yin;for liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pills and Yiguan decoction addition and subtraction are often used to nourish liver and kidney;Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Taohong Siwu Decoction and Zengye Decoction are often used to nourish yin,activate blood and remove blood stasis.
