Clinical Study Of Jianpi Xiaoai Prescription Combined With XELOX Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer (spleen Deficiency And Stasis Type

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaoai decoction combined with XELOX in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer(spleen deficiency and Blood Stasis Toxin Type).Methods:72 cases were included in this study,8 cases were dropped,and a total of64 cases were included.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group used XELOX protocol:oxaliplatin,130mg/m~2,ivgtt,d1;Capecitabine,1000mg/m~2,Po,bid,d1-14.Treatment group:on the basis of the control group,Jianpi Xiaoai decoction was added.Both groups took 21 days as a cycle and used 4 cycles of treatment continuously.The curative effect of solid tumor,TCM syndrome curative effect score,KPS score,immunological index and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:1)curative effect of solid tumor:in the control group,there were 0 cases of CR(0.00%),7 cases of PR(21.88%),12 cases of SD(37.50%),13 cases of PD(40.63%),ORR 21.88%,DCR 59.38%;In the treatment group,0 cases of CR(0.00%),10 cases of PR(31.25%),13 cases of SD(40.63%),9 cases of PD(28.15%),ORR 31.25%,DCR 71.88%.ByX~2test,there was no significant difference in DCR and orr between the two groups(p>0.05);2)Evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy:the effective rates of TCM syndrome efficacy in the control group and the treatment group were 56.25%and 80.75%respectively.AfterX~2test,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);3)KPS score:the KPS scores of the control group and the treatment group were 65.62%and 87.50%respectively,which were statistically significant byX~2test(p<0.05);4)Immunological indexes:before and after treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+,CD8+in the control group(p>0.05),but the levels of CD4+,CD4/CD8 were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4/CD8 in the treatment group increased significantly(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Therefore,it can be considered that Jianpi Xiaoai decoction combined with XELOX and XELOX chemotherapy can enhance the immunity of patients,and the effect of Jianpi Xiaoai decoction combined with XELOX regimen is stronger;5)Adverse reactions:in terms of blood system and digestive tract reactions,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in other aspects(p>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiaoai decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,stabilize the quality of life,enhance the immunity of the body,and has a significant effect on reducing the hematological toxicity and digestive tract reaction of chemotherapy drugs,which is worthy of clinical application.
