| Objective: To analyze and discuss the experience and academic thought of TCM master Xiong Jibai on clinical application of Wendan Decoction by using data mining technology,and to explore the source and innovation of his thought.It provides more reference for TCM to use the same treatment of different diseases and inherits the experience of famous doctors.Methods: The medical records of Professor Xiong Jibai in the Outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021 were collected,and the diagnosis and treatment information was recorded and sorted out.Finally,203 cases of medical records meeting the standards were screened out.In accordance with the requirements of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform to upload information and establish the use of wendan tang patient database,the data is normalized processing,using the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V3.0)"into the mining analysis,combined with national physician master Xiong Jibai professor of clinical experience and theoretical knowledge,to use the experience of wendan tang.Results: 1.Among the 203 patients who used Wendan Decoction,there were 120 females and 82 males,with an average age of 49 years,mainly 31-70 years old.2.The top ten common symptoms of patients with wendan soup are: insomnia,dizziness,bitter mouth,chest tightness,fatigue,dry mouth,neck distension,vomiting,palpitation,phlegm.3.The tongue is mainly red with thin yellow and greasy coating,followed by yellow and greasy coating.Pulse is more common with smooth pulse,followed by fine smooth pulse.4.Ranking of drug use frequency: Poria cocos,jujube seed,glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,Coptis chinensis,American ginseng,Gastrodia elata,honey longzhi,Fushen,Dragon tooth,prepared glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,scutellaria baicalensis.According to the classification method of modern TCM efficacy,it mainly includes clearing heat,regulating qi,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,benefiting water infiltration and dampness,calming liver wind and calming nerves.The five flavors were mainly sweet,followed by bitter and spicy.The four gases are mainly cold drugs,followed by flat drugs and warm drugs.The main channels of drugs are lung and spleen,followed by heart and stomach.5.Wendan Soup is often used with sour Jujube kernel soup,pillow Zhongdan,Xiaoxiangthorax soup and Xuanfu Daizhe Soup.The common changes of the decoction of warm Dan are Coptis and warm Dan Soup,Ten kinds of warm Dan soup,Tiangou Warm Dan Soup and dongtan soup.Conclusion: This study is based on the medical case based on the medical case based on the medical case based on the chinese medicine master Professor Xiong Jibai.Warm bile decoction is mostly used for biliary and gastric disharmony,sputum wet connotations,common in female patients,and the age distribution is between 31-70 years old.Among them,brain and heart diseases occur most frequently.The tongue is reddish and the moss is thin and yellow.Flavored herbs are mainly heat clearing and rational gas.The frequency of occurrence in medicinal properties is mainly cold and flat,and the five tastes are more common in sweet and bitter.When Professor Xiong Jibai faced with complex and diverse clinical diseases,he made good use of warm bile soup plus and minus to treat various diseases,with obvious effects and rich experience,which greatly expanded the scope of treatment of warm bile soup.It is often used in conjunction with sour jujube kernel soup,pillow Dan,small trap chest soup,and spiral overlaid ochre soup.Warm bile soup is often flavored with huanglian,tianma,hook vine,sour jujube kernel,etc.,and the warm bile soup is commonly known as huanglian warm bile soup,ten flavor warm bile soup,tian hook warm bile soup,polyester phlegm soup. |
