Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus With Fumigation And Washing Prescription For Vulvar Leukoplaki

Objective: In this study,we observed the curative effect of Waiyinbaibanxunxi Decoction in the treatment of VLS patients,in order to confirm the effect of this treatment method in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of VLS patients after medication,and to observe the adverse reactions in the process of medication,so as to provide more diagnosis and treatment reference for the clinical treatment of VLS with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:In this study,60 VLS patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.Clinical symptoms and signs scores(vulvar pruritus,vulvar skin color,vulvar skin elasticity,vulvar lesion range)were recorded before and after medication.The treatment group was treated with Waiyinbaibanxunxi Decoction,and the control group was treated with mometasone furoate cream.After 3months of continuous treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs scores of patients in the two groups were recorded again,and the changes before and after treatment and the differences between groups were compared.Application SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to collate and analyze the data,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Waiyinbaibanxunxi Decoction in the treatment of VLS.Results:(1)Before treatment,the baseline information of disease severity,age,pregnancy,course of disease,education,life-related factors,family genetic history and history of autoimmune diseases in 2 groups were statistically analyzed,and the results showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference,which was comparable.(2)After three courses of medication,the overall efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the statistical data were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of overall symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group;(3)After three courses of medication,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs(vulva pruritus degree score,vulva skin color score,vulva skin elasticity score,vulva lesion range score)in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,with significant differences(P < 0.01),suggesting that both drugs have obvious curative effect on the disease.There were significant differences in the statistical data of various efficacy comparisons between the two groups(P < 0.01),suggesting that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Compared with mometasone furoate cream,Baibanxunxi Decoction has obvious advantages in the comprehensive clinical efficacy in the treatment of VLS patients,with definite efficacy,safety and reliability,thus has the value of clinical application.
