Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Asthma Syndrome Of Cold And Heat In The Attack Period Of Bronchial Asthma With Xinding Bishengyi

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Xinding Bisheng Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma with cold pack fever syndrome,it provides more reference value and theoretical basis for rational use of this prescription.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group received conventional western medicine treatment;The treatment group was additionally treated with Xinding Bisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course was 7 days.At the end of the treatment course,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,EOS count in blood routine,lung function(FEV1 and PEF)and ACQ score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%);2.TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly improved before and after treatment(p < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score(p<0.05);3.Both groups could decrease EOS count in blood routine(p < 0.05).Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing EOS count(p<0.05);4.Both groups could improve the lung function(FEV1 and PEF)and improve the lung function(FEV1 and PEF)(p < 0.05),lung function(FEV1 and PEF)of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group;5.ACQ score was decreased in both groups after treatment,but the treatment group was superior to the control group;6.The medication was safe and reliable during the treatment,and there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Xinding Bisheng Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,EOS count in blood routine,ACQ score,lung function(FEV1 and PEF),improve the clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with cold pack fever asthma at the attack stage of bronchial asthma.
