The Clinical Study On Relationship Between Cold-heat Asthma At Stage Of Attack Of Bronchial Asthma And Cortisol And Serum IgE | | Posted on:2017-03-18 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M Chen | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2284330488455573 | Subject:Integrative Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease, which has serious threat to public health in the world today.Itis also a clinical common and frequent respiratory diseases. In the process of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment, clinical syndrome differentiation by four diagnostic data type.Sometimes there are often subjective syndrome differentiation and the accuracy of the problem. Thus, this experiment hopes to detect asthma cortisol levels of total serum IgE in patients with acute exacerbation.Try to acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma two kinds of cold-heat syndromes in patients with pathology in vivo physiological changes. The purpose is integrating from theory to clarify linkages cold-heat Asthma and cortisol, serum total IgE. We hope to explore microscopic differentiation from the perspective of the material basis of TCM to strengthen integrative medicine, medical research and the application of modern methods, for the syndrome diagnosis objective Unification provide clinical basis. It can provide clinical basis for the syndrome with the objection and unification. Methods:Select bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation of meeting the i-nclusion criteria cold Asthma in 30 cases,30 cases of heat Asthma normal healthy v-olunteers and 30 patients. All experimental subjects were collected 2 at 8 am fasting venous blood 5ML, for morning cortisol and total serum IgE levels were measured. C-ortisol was determinated by chemiluminescence, and total serumIgE wasdeterminated b-yan enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:1.Asthma group (330.06 ± 143.41) of serum cortisol levels were significantly lower than the control group (494.90 ± 129.20), which was statistically significant (P<0.05).Cold Asthma group (268.83 ± 125.00) and heat Asthma group (371.50 ± 137.21) of serum cortisol levels were significantly decreased than healthy control group (P<0.05), which was statistical significance; Cold Asthma group decreased lower than the thermal Asthma group on serum cortisol levels (P<0.05).2.Asthma group of total serum IgE levels (434±177.23) was significantly higher (P <0.05),compared with healthy control group(61.67± 21.15);Cold Asthma group (535.56 ± 174.13) and thermal Asthma group (326.47± 101.56) were significantly higher than the control group on total serum IgE levels (P<0.05); Cold Asthma were above heat Asthma group on serum total IgE levels (P<0.05).3. Cold Asthma Asthma group and the heat between the two groups in cortisol levels and total serum IgE levels were not correlated. Conclusion:Exists certain relationship between cortisol and serum total IgE and cold-heat Asthma at Stage of Attack of Bronchial Asthma; Detecting cortisol and total serum IgE levels can be used as a reference clinical syndrome type of bronchial asthma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Bronchial Asthma, cortisol, serum IgE, Cold-heat Asthma, The Clinical Study | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
